This hotel is great, it feels luxurious the surroundings and views are beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, bath was nice to relax in. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows Good breakfast, a lot of choice, food was hot, pastries cooked fresh.

The one thing we would prefer would be a mini fridge in the room, for the odd night guest it’s fine but we stayed for 4 nights, and given the location there isn’t a lot around it, drinks in the hotel and lands end kiosk were expensive when they added up over 4 days. So it would have been great to have a fridge in the room to keep some soft drinks and waters cold.

Location is absolutely stunning and incredible walks on your door step, especially embraced early morning, as you practically have it all to yourself. It was a very pleasant modern room, with a generous layout, little extra provisions provided were a lovely touch, such as eye mask & ear plugs. Great coffee machine! I was surprised to find dressing gown & slippers as not mentioned in the details. We had an initial issue with our en-suite sink but maintenance sorted that out immediately. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant menu and food was great, providing extensive information for allergy sufferers.

All of the hotel areas were perfectly clean, however attention definitely needed to windowsills in the bedroom and throughout the restaurant. Breakfast was far too late for our needs, commencing at 8 am, buffet style with plentiful choices. I personally prefer menu choices as you are usually able to order healthier options. Be prepared to share hotel outdoor space with an abundance of tourists.

Lots to do. The four main attractions were great fun for the family. Fireworks were amazing. Most staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were immaculate and spacious.

The hotel restaurant wasn’t a great experience. Some lack of understanding for when starters come out as they were brought out with the main course. Staff only suggestion was to keep 3x £32 steaks warm whilst we ate our starters which seemed daft. However, all three 10oz sirloin steaks had so much fat they were more like rump and almost blue instead of medium rare, and chips raw. Table across us had their order brought out wrong but again just ignored. A shame on the whole experience.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was very informative and also told us that we could use the family attractions for free as included in our stay. The room was great for us and they even provided a dog bed, dog towel and dog bowl in the room!! The room was clean and warm. The hotel buffet breakfast which was also included in the price was great! The staff were friendly and very effective where my daughter’s dairy allergy was concerned. A member of the bar team also brought my puppy a water bowl without having to ask. Location and views are wonderful. Kids attractions are great!

Everything was absolutely fantastic for our 1 night stay to start our honeymoon off and the sea view was out standing from our hotel room. We would definitely recommend a visit as the sunset was fantastic to view across the ocean. The signpost photography is reasonably priced at £10. Professional photo and large print. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel breakfast was Great too to kick start the day off. Free hotel parking included. We checked out at 11am but was allowed to leave the car to enjoy a last trip down to the coast.

We really enjoyed our stay we would definitely recommend staying for the night. The sunset across the ocean is worth the visit alone.

Very clean and tidy. The location was amazing and view was stunning. Food was delicious and very fulfilling. There were a lot of amenities and the presentation of the place was excellent.

It was quite inconvenient that the shops around the hotel closes early at 16:30 as shops aside from these are hard to come by and very far from the hotel. I asked for room cleaning, but the beddings weren’t changed. Also the signs for the car park were misleading as it directs you to go straight ahead to get to the car park, when you should make a sharp right instead as if you were to go straight ahead you would find yourself diving off a cliff straight into Ariel’s mermaid kingdom. They should change this as soon as possible to prevent accidents as well as adding reflectors or lights especially when it’s dark out and you can’t really see much and the directions are less than correct.

It's a clean hotel in a beautiful place. We were staying to go to the Minnack Theatre. There were lots of other guests doing the end-to-end on motorbikes but they were all super friendly and lovely people. The breakfast was good. We had an evening meal which I found to be very limited choice. Basically posh curry, burger or fish and chips type. There were mussels on the specials menu but it was more like a starter without any extras like salad, veg, potatoes. That said, I enjoyed my food. Good range of desserts but no cheese which I fancied with the lovely bottle of red we had.

We had a tiny double room (Room 4). I'd paid extra for a sea view which was lovely but marred by also looking at the rusty fire escape. Definitely wasn't worth the extra. Maybe other rooms are better. The corridor smelt strongly of fish. Considering the location I suppose could be expected. It still smelled in the morning and there wasn't any fish on the breakfast menu?

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view/location (of course) sensational. Breakfast was exceptionally good, making a refreshing change from the many hotels who simplified their breakfast offer back during Covid and haven't reinstated it since. When you factor that excellent breakfast in to the booking price this hotel becomes very good value.

Our double room was very small - but then the price per night of £170 is all about the views. Furniture was quite basic/cheap, which was at odds with the quality generally in the hotel. The bed was the exception, though, really comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel, mesmerized by the breathtaking sea views. The culinary experience was exceptional, offering a delightful array of dishes to savor. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff majority truly enhanced our experience, ensuring a memorable and relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this hotel for its perfect blend of stunning location, delicious food and impeccable service.

One staff member, Kaya in the restaurant made us feel uncomfortable. We're unsure if this was due to a lack of training or her attitude. Additionally, the room cleaning service occurred early while we were at breakfast. While not a issue, it might be beneficial to schedule room cleaning a bit later.

The location is wonderful and we had a very large, comfortable room with everything we needed to make our night there great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We also stayed at two other hotels in the region at a comparable price, but the food there was much better. Although the dinner was okay (I had the tomato soup and vegetable curry, my husband had the mussels - which he said was tasty and he was very satisfied with), the portions were too large and it felt more like we were eating at a budget hotel. The meal selection was disappointing too. However, perhaps this is just our perception - other guests might be very pleased with their meals.
