The apartment itself was spacious, and being on the top floor, it was very quiet, which I appreciated. The space was clean to a decent extent, meeting basic expectations for cleanliness.

However, finding the location was a bit of a challenge as there was no clear label or signage. Additionally, there is no elevator, and reaching the apartment required climbing three flights of stairs—something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the owner’s attitude—rude and not welcoming at all, which really impacted the experience. Overall, while the apartment was comfortable, the lack of hospitality and the challenges with access would make me reconsider staying here again.

everything is good except once you paid the deposit you have to call them hundred times and email them again and again but you won't get your money back. they don't have proper customer service which solves your problem everyone will say something different and refer you to some new email or phone number or just tell a lie. really disappointing

We have stayed here a few times previously. It is located in the city centre and is close to everything that you will possibly need. It is also around a 5 minute walk to the train station which is very convenient as I need the train to go to the office (and where the RailAir airport buses are that conveniently go from Reading to Heathrow airport). There was a boiler issue in the apartment, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and transferred us to an alternative room. Special thanks to Alessandra, Lucy, and Fernando who assisted us when there were questions. Thanks also to Ms. Anna who cleaned the apartment every week. The customer service in this property is brilliant.

No lift/ elevator, but otherwise, a great property to stay in.

Location is good, close to everything. Nice and clean apartment.

A bit noise at night, no lift access so need to carry heavy luggage up. The shower drainage need to clear up water go too slow. shower room need a rack to put stuff, all the soap and shampoo need to put on the ground.

Great and good-sized room. Very clean, pleasant bathroom, great location right in the center of town. Great value for money.

It's not very convenient that there's no car park and we had to walk a bit to the parking garage. But I believe that's in the info at the booking. Also we missed a couple of bigger pans for cooking, and it could be good to state the number of floors apartment 16 is on. Good for our health, but it would be great to know up front!

Fab apartment which was nicely decorated and laid out. Exceptionally quiet , especially considering its location. Well equipped, kitchen was very usable and had everything you needed although you couldn’t open the dishwasher door properly because there was a radiator in the way. Superb location right in the centre of town; 2 mins walk to station, shops and restaurants

The stairs are steep so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags. The flat was a little chilly at times as I couldn’t get the heating above 19 degrees

What a fantastic surprise this apartment was! It was in a perfect location just above the shops in the centre of town. We were worried that it might be noisy but thanks to double glazing, it wasn’t. The apartment is very thoughtfully laid out and equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen and towels were of good quality. Very helpful, responsive hosts who immediately solved a minor issue with our tv. Very impressed.

The only negative for us as older travellers is the lack of a lift as getting luggage up multiple flights of stairs is not easy.

All information clearly emailed 48 hours beforehand, had an issue at the front door but WhatsApp’d the help desk and they sorted it within 5 minutes. Room had all the facilities we needed and the location was perfect. Would happily use Q apartments again,

The £500 security deposit wasn’t made clear as I was booking, whilst it’s not the end of the world it’s still frustrating after booking a place to then have to pay such a large fee, especially when booking.com has all my billing information. Alarm from dr martens store opposite and another store nearby was set off Sunday night and was going off until the morning. Even with the windows shut (which were double layered, original sash window and then new double glazing inside) you could still hear the alarms going off. Appreciate it’s not their fault but it unfortunately disturbed my nights sleep.

Great location a few minutes from train station. Access instructions were clear. Very little noise could be heard through the windows despite being in the centre of town. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows.

A £500 deposit is required in case of damages. This gets taken after booking, and although it was returned promptly a couple of days after checkout without any issues, it meant that I was without this money for around 3 weeks. Be mindful of this if booking this property, particularly if booking a long time in advance of your stay.

The location is perfect if you want to be near the Reading Station. Apartments are nice and quiet also! We were facing the back so we didn’t get much noise from the main streets at night.

Lack of cooking stuff. The toilet had a bad smell coming from it sometimes although the smell would go once the toilet was flushed. Lack of elevator, if you end up with the apartments on the top floor, it will only discourage you from wanting to go out because of the stairs.
