It was very clean room Didn't really use any of the facilities there

That I had to pay £50 incase I wanted to have any of the hotel services this should be an option

Everything was perfect, literally perfect apart from the pillows. Please get better pillows. We had 2 pillows each, but had to roll a bath towel up to make them higher. As soon as you lay your head on them they went completely flat. The bed & bedding otherwise was so comfortable, but the pillows spoiled it. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Lovely comfy lobby & bar area. Great location. The breakfast was outstanding & the restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to make us happy, the best customer service ever! We will be back once the pillows have been upgraded.

Clean, presentable and comfortable.

The location was a little out the way but not too bad. The only thing I didn’t like was the light switches in the room were very confusing, almost as if they were all interlinked e.g the bathroom light stopped working and it transpired that the switches next to the bed controlled it. After that all the switches were mixed up, the hall light turned on the bedside light, the left bedside light turned on the right side and one of the bedside switches controlled the bathroom. Not a huge issue but very confusing when you want to use the bathroom at night!

Being located right next to Sheffield United ground, the game in which we attended following our football club (Plymouth - and it’s a long way!), it was the perfect location to unwind. The hotel had printed off all arrivals beforehand to the matchday stewards, so we were allowed access to the huge car park adjacent. The hotel was a perfect location for any match day goers like ourselves, and a short 5/10 minute walk to the city centre after the game. The breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good and helped us for our journey back down south.

It was a little rowdy after the football match, but that was to be expected and no fault of anyone at the hotel. Once checked in after the match, we headed into the elevator and immediately as we got in, we couldn’t hear a thing. It was clean all throughout.

We arrived really early and was told we could check in. The car park pay machine wouldn't work so the guy on reception added the cost to our bill instead. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was super comfy and massive. The complimentary toiletries were excellent quality.

Unfortunately we were late for breakfast as the guy who checked us in told us breakfast was from 7-11 but we arrived at 10.15 to be told the breakfast had closed at 10 however the really helpful lady went into the kitchen and produced 2 full English breakfasts so all good in the end 😀

The hotel is new so it’s immaculate. Check in was smooth. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff at the front desk and breakfast were fabulous and helpful.

Just a little thing, but we waited over an hour for a small pizza and a salad when the restaurant was empty. The service in there was very lacking. They told us they would comp our water since we waited so long but they never did. Getting the bill was impossible. Nothing seemed to work. And the prices were outrageous.

Nice hotel and our room was good with a very comfortable bed with cloud soft pillows. Bathroom good with a walk in shower, that may be a little narrow for some people. All very clean and new. Although we overlooked a main road there was no traffic noise to disturb us, we slept very well.

The open plan downstairs seemed a little clinical and the dining room was more of a caffe layout, so little atmosphere, however we were there for 1 night so it served the purpose.

Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Hotel is bright, airy and modern. Staff were professional and friendly.

The one gripe were the pillows. Felt they were too soft and flat. Found them super uncomfortable. I woke with a sore neck. That was the only thing that stopped it being a wonderful stay.

Rooms were comfortable. Plenty of space generally. Staff were generally helpful.

Long delay for our dinner (1 hour). We were given a plate of asparagus by way of apology but neither of us likes asparagus. Had drinks vouchers but, after getting our drinks, we're told the voucher only applied to my granddaughter's apple juice - not my g & t. I disliked glass door to bathroom. Space to dry your hair in bedroom was cramped. The windows don't open.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by very friendly staff and presented with warm chocolate chip cookies after a 4 hour commute from London! Check in was speedy, we had lots of bags with us as we were attending a function with a short time schedule, staff kindly helped take them to the room whilst we sorted out parking. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Would definitely book again if in the area!
