❤Fabulous stay in Room 1....it was luxury!❤loved the new decor,room was super spacious,fantastic super king high bed with lovely seat at the end. Loved the high ceilings,sash windows,lush curtains & perfect lighting.Plenty of wardrobe space & lovely mirrors,plus tea & coffee to enjoy. Its big bathroom has lovely fittings, fluffy white towels,lots of toiletries & a well lit mirror! Great views & perfect location on high street with free parking right outside!...Stayed 6 times here & love it❤there's always something new every time we come.The owners & staff are super friendly & have worked so hard in building a great hotel business. With it's own bar,Indian restaurant & superb beer garden down to the river,it really is a lovely treat to escape to.❤ Thank you for a lovely weekend💥

The property is located in Stokesley centre, with nearby shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed and cannot fault the staff for being helpful and informative. Convenient 10 minute taxi ride from the moors if you're a walker!

Would have liked to have tried out the attached Indian restaurant, but it's closed Sunday/Monday which is understandable, as everybody needs a break! Had a lovely Italian across the street instead :)

The room was bright, clean and bed very comfortable. All facilities were in the room and bathroom, e.g. hairdryer, towels, soap, body wash, shower hat. Television was good and the room had a little heater which was very good if the weather was cold.

There wasn't any space to hang clothes. A small hanging rail would have been invaluable. Clothes hangers on bathroom door rattled when opening and closing. Not suitable to hang clothes.

The hotel was clean even though there was some renovation work going on which i was informed about. Did not eat in the restaurant, butthe bar staff were friendlyand helpful. I forgot to get a VAT receipt for my work expenses. However the hotel staff were very helpful and provided me with one nearly 3 weeks later.

Free breakfast which was unexpected but very appreciated. Had read past reviews and wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised to find the bar/ restaurant and the room was gorgeously decorated and clean.

Nothing, the corridors were old fashioned but the hotel is undergoing renovation.

Great location, Becky and Martin who own the hotel were so friendly, welcoming and professional. Dom who worked his socks off was credit and a really nice lad. Room comfortable and big bathroom. Tried out the Indian restaurant in the hotel which was lovely. Lovely market town and close some other nice places.

While the hotel was clearly undergoing some renovation. The staff and the rooms were exceptional and any inconvenience was negated. I stayed for a meal and found the hotels expertise in different types of curries was well founded. Absolutely great hosts. Will certainly stay at the Leven again when I am in the area.

I had a lovely room, newly refurbished I think Everything was very clean and comfortable

The building is old - a listed building so no lift to second floor. We were ok with this but maybe a bit difficult for less mobile guests- the stairs are a bit narrow

Room and bathroom very clean. Sheets were lovely, just like I have at home. Staff could not have been more friendly and more helpfull. Tea and coffee and cereal was provided on a morning and that was free. Lovely stay.

Staff were really friendly and approachable. Our room was newly renovated and therefore really modern and spacious with a large bathroom. We were really happy with the room and felt that it was good value for money.

The continental breakfast did not have a good selection for things. I personally think they should charge a bit more and provide a cooked breakfast.
