Breakfast was really good. Spoilt for choice. Hot food well cooked. Booked in for dinner. Service and food were top notch, especially my oxtail fritter starter. Architecture was eye catching. Coming into view at the end of the drive through the parkland trees drew a WOW. My partner was impressed with the pool. Will definitely return sometime.

Driving up the tree lined road up to the Ettington Park Hotel property is just great. Cameron at reception was fantastic. Property is just as gorgeous in the photos as it is in real life. Wi-Fi is fast. Secret passageways throughout. Beautiful property. And all the staff were fantastic. Just beautiful.

The excellent service from attentive staff who are obviously happy in their work and take pride in doing it well; the beautiful building, contents and grounds.

The only thing that grated was the piped music, which was totally unnecessary.

We had the most peaceful, wonderful stay at this incredibly beautiful historic property. The grounds and hotel itself were just breathtaking! Our room was specious and comfortable, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the two dinners we had there were both excellent. Loved all the extra little touches upon check-in that made us feel so welcome. The pool and hot tub facility was SUCH a treat too! Would definitely return to this gorgeous hotel.

The mattress in our room was really soft, which wasn't quite to our taste. But aside from that our stay was flawless.

Beautiful house and surroundings. we were so lucky it snowed as it made the trip even better. All staff are friendly and extremely welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. It was our wedding anniversary and they granted us the best room in the building with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on ice, cake , chocolates and other little goodies. TV in the Bath was a surprise! Dinner was very good, and definitely worth it for a special occasion.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of action during our stay. That would have been the icing on the cake. However it didn’t spoil our time there. Just make us more determined to visit again.

The house and gardens were stunning. It was so peaceful in such beautiful surroundings. The staff were very welcoming and made my sister's birthday special for her. We will definitely return.

There was nothing there to dislike. The only frustrating issue on our visit was the lights in the ladies changing room were on a timer. They constantly went out while we were trying to shower. Perhaps a movement sensor is needed in the shower or give them a longer time. It was a bit of a hazard keep leaping out the shower to wave at the sensor. Everything else about the visit was perfect

shower badly dripped all night long (this was clearly known about before we arrived as a flannel had been placed in the bath under the drip, as it was so loud. hairs in sink and bath. also loads of small fruit type flies in room (we didn't open window, so don't know where they came from) Biggest moan was the reaction I received from bar staff when I asked if I could get a tea at approx 10pm at night...... was met with not the best response and barman reacted as if i'd asked for something outrageous. I did get the tea, but was made to feel as though he had done me a favour. Nice, but not worth the money, as we also stayed at Welcombe, Billesley and Crowne Plaza (we did 'best spa hotels' in Stratford) and thought both Billesley and Welcombe were better value for money

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure my fiancées birthday was special during our stay. I notified the hotel prior to our arrival of it being my fiancées birthday, and In our room she was gifted with chocolates, happy birthday balloon, delicate desert cakes, bag of “Hand picked hotels” gifts, a desert birthday message after a divine al la carte meal and a spa treatment FOC due to pool facilities being unavailable for the duration of our stay. They were exceptional!

Stunningly beautiful hotel and grounds, with the most wonderful staff. One of the most delicious and wide ranging breakfast experiences I have ever had.

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for the weekend, which was a huge factor in booking the hotel in the first place. The main Lounge and The Chapel dining room were beautiful but extremely cold and we had to ask staff to root out some blankets for us to keep warm! All staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful though.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the room was perfect. We spent a full day enjoying the food, the room and the facilities (lovely lounge, swimming pool and jacuzzi) before going into Stratford-Upon-Avon for sightseeing the next day. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. A particular bonus was finding a birthday card and some delicious cake in the room! I had the absolute best birthday weekend and I hope to return to this hotel.
