The food on Saturday evening was good, and the beer was nice. However, breakfast was not so good (as mentioned to staff, before we left). A cup of tea came with milk added, although it had not been asked for - milk should be offered, or served in a jug ? We drink our tea black Flat white coffee was not hot (although not cool enough to bother asking for a fresh one). (The coffee we had in our room was excellent) The yoghurt and granola was very sweet - like cream with strawberry jam, And the scrambled egg in the mushroom bun was a bit strange - more like a small omelette. This might be because the hot buns arrived at the same time as the yoghurt dishes, so we asked for them to be brought a bit later, so we could finish our first course. Maybe the buns were left to stand ? Well, you did ask ! We enjoyed our stay, it was just the breakfast that wasn't right.

The atmosphere of the location generally was amazing. You can see why people are travelling far and wide to come here for the social gatherings to show off their 4 or 2 wheeled machines. Even if you aren’t interested in that type of scene, the restaurant/bar has a great menu with plenty of options and worth the visit alone. The staff are very relaxed and are more than happy to help with any enquiries and are providing a top service.

The room I stayed in is starting to show some signs of wear. The window blind has a broken slat and was dusty. The bathroom toilet roll holder was partly hanging from the wall, and had to be pushed in for fear of completely coming away, and there were chips in the wall/paint where the bed headboard had scraped along the wall. There was no milk in the small guest fridge so none could be added to the complimentary tea from the room despite being requested and told it would be replenished. Overall, these are small things that hasn’t prevented another potential stay in the future but for £320 for two nights I’d expect not to find such things.

Good location not far from Stratford-upon-Avon Town. Interesting place for motor enthusiasts. Friendly & helpful staff, room was comfortable & good breakfast.

We attended the New Year's Eve celebrations in the Tipi, it was quite cold in there so not so comfortable. Hospitality tray in the room only had ground coffee, no tea bags, instant coffee or milk although milk was provided later in a fridge on the landing. There was no heating on in the room when we arrived & we had to ask for it to be put on, it was however on in the public areas. Check in was from 3pm, we were greeted on arrival but the venue was closed until 7pm.

Staff were young, friendly and always ready to help. Booked meals both nights and had breakfast. It's an amazing experience. My 85 year old dad is into cars and it made his weekend.....xx many 🙏

We went into Stratford, no busses, taxis were £15 a piece there or £25 in a six seater......that's nothing against caffeine on The Hill. Water pressure was a bit dodgy....I had good shower in morning, most didn't. Not sure if this is an occurring thing. Toilets had no water on last day.

The Staff were friendly and on the whole competent,however they were rushed off their feet with the Event on so missed out in providing the best possible service to residents.

Lot's of the negative feedback has been about the Breakfast (or lack of it).I must agree,not sure why they haven't sorted this out.For a party of 3 we were left in a basket:- 4 bottles of water,4 bottles of juice,2 Muffins,Granola in a box,2 Apples and 2 boxes of Corn Flakes.Along with 1 bowl and a Spoon!!.No mention of where to get milk and yoghurt on booking in(in Fridge on Landing one Floor below of Course).No Coffee or Tea left on a used Welcome tray.When mentioning this on departure the only response was that the Computer says what to give you>>>>>>>>

The atmosphere was brilliant. All the artwork around the building inside and out is incredible. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was perfect (dinner and breakfast).

Was unable to get the heating on in the room which left it very cold. Service was slow for food in the evening but was understandable with how busy it was.

I loved the whole vibe of the place, relaxed, great decor, the outside seated area was really cool, would love to go back in the summer. Evening food was amazing, room was a good size, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.

The stairs were tough on my knees, old building with uneven steps, if we go back I’d just ask for a different room, breakfast wasn’t the best :-/

Everything! The staff were always joyfully and were always attentative, talkative, and respectful. Definitely are going again, the location itself was beautiful, especially with lovely weather, and a very relaxing and calm place to go. Food was bangin, 10/10 !

2024 vw's at the event (very coprotate and not in the aesthetic of the event and area itself) and bigger drink sizes :p

Clean and comfy beds, spacious room overlooking car park on Daikoku night. Lovely complimentary toiletries, fan in room, complimentary sparkling water option in room. Loved the breakfast basket when we last stayed, but the hot breakfast options this time were much better!

Some biccies to go with the tea/coffee . . . But nothing enough not to stay again

Fascinating place, so enjoyable for watch the British GP Qualifying with the added bonus of the Monster Energy Party on-site; great for those who love Monster drinks as they were free all weekend. We loved nosying at all the beautiful cars and the staff were very friendly. Food was great, shame we couldn't have stayed longer as the room was beautiful and huge!

A second bed as opposed to a sofa bed for my Son would have been better but he still slept well.
