The Staff were friendly and on the whole competent,however they were rushed off their feet with the Event on so missed out in providing the best possible service to residents.

Lot's of the negative feedback has been about the Breakfast (or lack of it).I must agree,not sure why they haven't sorted this out.For a party of 3 we were left in a basket:- 4 bottles of water,4 bottles of juice,2 Muffins,Granola in a box,2 Apples and 2 boxes of Corn Flakes.Along with 1 bowl and a Spoon!!.No mention of where to get milk and yoghurt on booking in(in Fridge on Landing one Floor below of Course).No Coffee or Tea left on a used Welcome tray.When mentioning this on departure the only response was that the Computer says what to give you>>>>>>>>

Fascinating place, so enjoyable for watch the British GP Qualifying with the added bonus of the Monster Energy Party on-site; great for those who love Monster drinks as they were free all weekend. We loved nosying at all the beautiful cars and the staff were very friendly. Food was great, shame we couldn't have stayed longer as the room was beautiful and huge!

A second bed as opposed to a sofa bed for my Son would have been better but he still slept well.

Great location for car fans! If you're into all things fast and loud a night here is a must. Lovely, attentive staff, comfortable rooms and great atmosphere.

The room was very hot, and the fan was struggling. Shutters on the windows would be great! The pillows were also not the most comfortable. The morning breakfast was also a little underwhelming, however understandable that a cooked wouldn't be an option. Some more choice would be nice.

the room was very clean, bed was comfy and the room/shower modern. Room smelt fresh. vibe was good and enjoyed our wooden oven pizza and very good coffee. room would have benefitted from decaf coffee and tea for the late evening though.

the first staff member we approached about checking in was off with me. Wasn’t the best welcome but then lady who took us to our room made up for it as she was really friendly.Dissapointed with breakfast, we were looking forward to a fry up. the only options were a bun, granola or pancakes. we opted for pancakes then the waitress told us they didn’t have those or the granola so we only had one option.

the food just burgers or pizza nothing vaguely heathy at all on the menu I would stay more nights if the menu included some better healthier food or something a little more wholesome even a bowl of chilli or a spaghetti bolognese or even a salad or 2 wouldn’t be difficult

Great place for all Petrol Heads ! Lovely modern rooms, lovely comfy bed with a great en-suite. Tea & Coffee in the rooms with fresh milk available in a fridge on the landing. Even a little jar of Smarties in the room which was a nice touch. All the staff were fantastic & were on the ball with everything. The whole place inside & out was spotlessly clean.

1. Evening Meal. The choice of food for our evening meal basically included Pizza's. Don't get me wrong they were lovely & were absolutely fine for lunchtime, however for an evening meal we were expecting a greater choice of food on the menu especially when staying as residents. 2. Breakfast. We had paid for our room in advance which included breakfast, however the breakfast menu included Breakfast Rolls with an option of fillings or Muesli with yoghurt & fruit. Both the Breakfast Rolls & Muesli were gorgeous but I think it should be made clear when booking that a Full English Breakfast is not included in the price or available as an option.

The food. There is nothing healthy on the menu and no options really to put your own meal together. The write up about the restaurant isn’t true, it’s not a restaurant it’s a diner with burgers and pizzas. They are high quality but just not my taste. I would stay more than one night but the food puts me off. Which is a shame as we have a great time here looking at the cars and socialising.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I am blown away - I literally booked another date on our first night! The room was beautiful, clean with great facilities. Breakfast delivered in the loveliest lil basket to your door! The atmosphere was incredible, food was great and the staff were the cherry on top - just fabulous. I cannot wait to be back.

For someone who appreciates a good car, music, food and drink this place is perfect. Have been before and will stay again in the near future. They hold various events during the year and will be attending these even with the long drive from Scotland.

Being a picky eater the included breakfast isn't ideal but they do offer alternatives available at an extra cost from the bar.

Made to feel very welcome. Large, spacious room - very clean, beds and pillows were soooooo comfortable. Bathroom was huge and spotless. Lovely complimentary smellies and treats in the room. Despite event on right outside, noise was minimal - no rowdiness and whole atmosphere felt relaxed. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast hamper waiting for us outside the door, we took the flap jacks with us as couldnt eat everything! Wish had booked anothet night👍🏻

Nothing we didnt like, loved everything. If i had to mention anything, i emailed about booking a meal and no one replied . . . But really didnt spoil the stay at all as when we arrived there was plenty of outside seating, 2 outdoor food vendors and food available from the bar - I hadnt realised there would be so many cars there, my 12 yr old son thought it was amazing!!
