Free ample parking, lovely room and en-suite. As a big man I struggle with small showers but this one was a good size hot and powerful. Booming internet, nice tv but no Ariel. You could use your own netlix types accounts, I had my Xbox with me so just plugged it in. Full kitchen facilities with plenty of room in the fridge freezers. A kebab shop literally across the road. Best of all the price! £35 a night was amazing value. Nearly put me off as you assume it’s a hostel but it’s not. Will definitely be the first place I look to book in Swansea.

Metal frame bed with slats is hard, horrible military metal lockers and zero toiletries not even hand soap. I was room 2 which is at the bottom of the rear steps with just blinds so I had to keep these shut or anyone moving to car park would be looking down into the room. On the plus side they were surprisingly black out quality blinds.

Wow..nice place to stay. Price very good, did not expect such a place with little price..highly recommanded.

it was only a 5 minute walk away from the city centre, with private parking at the back of the hotel. Very modern inside, clean and warm. Each room has its own Smart TV and private bathroom. Though classed as a Hotel, it’s more like self catering, with a kitchen you share with other guests, but most of the time, you have it all to yourself, with everything provided including washing machine and dryer, except food and hot drinks. No kettle in the bedrooms, but in the kitchen, just bring your own tea/coffee, simple! I can’t fault it at all!

Absolutely lovely place very clean and tidy.great location.and kitchen is a bonus which was well equipped.ckean and decor all round was stunning.

Only thing could do with in bedrooms was a bedside table because of carpets on floor had no where to put hot drink and didn't want to stain t.v unit.also a rubbish bin in room would be a great help.to help keep room cleaner.but a very clean comfortable room and WiFi an extra bonus thanks. Also on website it says address is 65 mansel Street.good job a lovely man who was staying at property helped us to gain access and pointed out we was meant to of been at number 60 which was very confusing.i did try contact property a few times for help regarding matter but had no reply.but managed to suss it out in the end thanks to person staying at property.

You get what you pay for. The location of the stay was very convenient. It is around 10 minutes walk from the Swansea Railways Station which is why I booked it in the first place. The room was also very clean and towels were provided. Although I did not use the kitchen, they did have a lovely kitchen which was also very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and hot water provided. The heater in the room also worked fine. I would definitely recommend the place as it is quite cheap, clean and at a great location.

The bed wasnt exactly the best. It was sagging at the centre and you could feel the springs on your back, but it's good enough to sleep in after a long tiring day. Also your noise level depends on the other inmates. You can hear the others come in and go in the rest of the house but that is expected. When I stayed, the other inmates were quite respectful thus I did not have any issues about the same. Do bring your own toiletries. Expect for towel nothing else will be provided- again it is expected cause the price is very cheap.

The place was spotless, warm, cosy and very comfy with all that was needed.

It was dark when we arrived, the steps were a bit dangerous as they weren't really visible. We had a key code for entry and key safe box. We had no instructions on how to locate which door was which in regards to codes locations. Or that the code for entry was on the black door handle to gain entry. When we eventually worked it out in the pooring rain, there were numerous keysafe boxes with names on but we had no box name to find which one. Lucky enough we eventually tried them all and gained entry to our room. We emailed the owner but had no reply for quite some time. I would like to rate this property highly but would rate the entry and entry information and contact not very good once we were at the property. Every other guest we saw there encountered the same issues.

Really good room - Caswell Room Ensuite shower / Double bed / plenty of space and cupboards to hang items / room was well heated given low outside temps / Person on the messenger really helpful when it came to checking in and answering any questions I had on the day. Just ensure you don't pay twice when doing online checking. Would stay again - Thanks

Floor under bed and chest of draws was a little unclean but nothing major / Checking in process on the TIfa Stays website was asking to make payment again when I'd already paid, however a quick message to them via their chat facility and was able to skip the step after I'd confirmed my payment with them.

Very beautiful room and bathroom. Excellent price and location.

Communication with booker - way too many messages prior to entering, then lack of communication when I actually needed it. Very difficult to understand where the parking is or how to find the back of the property, and the door lock is difficult to find and operate, even with the video sent. Couldn't get through via msg or phonecall (got a really unhelpful message - "to find the back of the property you must go around the back". Door locks very hard to use, as a disabled person especially. Bed mattress uncomfortable!

I thought the location was very good and the house was very vlean and modern, we met the staff working there and they were brilliant, very helpful and funny.

On booking I read that there would have been toiletries in the room but there wasn't any and I hadn't brought some with me, so I couldn't use the shower. Also the tap on the sink leaks onto the floor and has caused the front of the unit to swell and hangers in the wardrobe would have been handy. I couldn't get any channels on the television

Didn't realise no toiletries at all would be supplied. Unfortunately, there is/was a family staying there who are lovely. But the children were very noisy. With a whistle all evening and then children's programs and shouting early in the morning on Sunday. Spoiled the relaxing family stay we had planned a little.
