On arrival we were unfortunately asked to change rooms the next day because there was a problem with the shower, so we moved rooms the next day so they could get it repaired and we were told early in the morning that our new room was ready for us having been cleaned that morning .They were full of apologies for the inconvenience but we were located to a better room with a great shower and it was slightly bigger too. we were very impressed with the room service here too they were cleaned every day and were replenished with coffee etc ,they were lovely hosts and very welcoming.

I cant think of anything really that was not to my liking every thing was there for our stay and we stayed all week, the room was great and the location was great for the train station so I can't fault anything really.

While the hotel is on a busy intersection it has been retro fitted with double glazing which muffled the sound to a quiet rumble and we were right on the street. The rooms are exceptional spacious and the shower is fantastic (we struggle with this in Britain). The location we thought was a 10, a close 5 minute stroll to town center but away from hussle and bussle. Breakfast room on site was excellent but had to be ordered the night before. Staff were friendly and helpful but not always on site. When friends had a problem with their shower they came immediately and though not able to fix it the following morning we were surprised with a room discount. Would recommend.

There was no air-conditioning (understand old building) but it was very warm with windows shut and we did not have the option of a light bed covering only the warm duvet.

The property location was very good near to the town. A shop and food outlets just over the road the fish and shop had queues down the road also very close to the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious and had lots of nice touches such as water, tea and coffee and biscuits. Very easy to access property. Fridge was a god send on hot days as was the fan.

The only thing and I’m really clutching is the room was a little dusty. The tv remote was covered and we had to use wipes to clear it but you should always clean the remote when you stay at a hotel anyway so not a big deal.

Liked it all :D the location was ideal, very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Easy check in, we did have to wait for the room to be ready but that was due to us arriving early, we waited about the town for a bit and then got a call to say our room was ready so that was great, the room was huge, very spacious, enough storage space for a couple of nights. Nice big bathroom with bath (such a bonus), comfortable chairs and decent size tv, the bed was amazing, very comfortable and spacious. great tea and coffee facilities and great sized fridge which was a fab touch. hotel was very tidy, spacious, great location, and easy to find. loved how approachable the owners were and nothing was a problem. They did up the bed with lovely swan towels and chocolates for my boyfriends birthday which was such a lovely special touch, it was so romantic and lovely and he loved it. it was so warm and homely :D, loved the surroundings, wee shop near by, chippy etc and other wee cafes and restaurants. also if your a canal, park, scenery or castle lover like us then this is the best hotel to go to as all of them are just a short walk away. very handy and local to most things that you would need or want during a stay. also price is very affordable. we didn't do breakfast but you can get breakfast here. also local to bus stops too, the buses run passed the hotel frequently so its definitely easy to get around the village/town if your wanting to explore. Definitely cant wait to come back :D would highly recommend. already looking into booking again very soon. due to having to leave early.

There was a smell in the bathroom at first when we arrived in the room but after my partner showered it went away, I dont know if it was the drain or what but went away eventually. the 2 radiators & extractor fan in the bathroom were a bit grubby/dusty and carpet could maybe be doing with replacing but other than that it was all good. traffic was a bit noisy at first due to single glazing but we got used to it eventually, obviously the traffic flow isn't the hotels fault but maybe replacing windows (double glazing) might be a shout due to being right on the road but other than that it was bearable and didn't ruin our stay and were sad to leave.

Fantastic location for walking into Warwick town centre, museums and the castle. Got parked easily. Room & bathroom was very spacious, king size bed. Hotel was quite quiet. Breakfast good value as kids continental included with adult cooked breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruit and juice. Fridge qas very handy and tea/coffee facilities. Also a fan in the room, ample storage for clothes.

Beds were a little uncomfy as could feel some springs, sofa bed in particular. Clean for the most part but under the sofa bed and chairs hadn't been cleaned for a long time, some rubbish and a lot of bits. Carpets were not the cleanest but beds, sheets, surfaces all well cleaned.

Castle Limes hotel was a very nice experience for our family. Situated at the walking distance from all the activities and places of interest. The room was spotlessly clean and our bed one of the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The room was very spacious.

Our children ages 7 and 11 slept on the sofa bed, and that was bit too small for them, being tall kids as they are. It was not the most comfortable bed for them. There usually was no-one at the reception, but there was a phone number you could call, should you need anything. This was fine by us, but should be noted.

We liked that the hotel had a small car park and wasn't too far from the centre of the town. The room and bathroom were very clean, particularly the toilet, bedding and towels. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on the food. The TV and wifi worked well and the general information provided was helpful. Apart from check in and check out we didn't see much of the reception staff, but were given a contact number for when they weren't around.

Because the hotel was on a busy road, and our room was on the front, it was noisy at night. After we arrived and checked our bathroom we noticed there was no means of keeping water in the sink when we wanted to use it, as part of the plughole mechanism was missing. My husband went down to the reception to report it to the member of staff on duty, whose name we think was Alex. He came up to look and was unable to offer any help, only to ask if we could manage. We were only staying for 2 nights and didn't really have a choice but felt the staff, including the cleaning staff, should have been aware of this. Also it meant we had to keep the tap running every time we used the sink so used more water than was necessary.

Good value for money for a Saturday night in a City centre, ideally located right on the edge of town so easy to walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, bed very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean. Very quiet too considering our room was adjacent to a main road.

Limited parking, but that was made clear when we booked and we were lucky enough to get the last space, bit disappointing that the room rate excluded breakfast (would have been around £20 extra if we had paid for that for the 2 of us so went elsewhere) but again this was made clear that it was room only and breakfast wasn't included. Shower wasn't very powerful but again not a major issue for a one night stay. Bit confusing about check in as some emails said 3pm, others said 2pm, we turned up around 2.20pm though and a member of staff came out to greet us and was happy for us to check in.

We have been to the castle limes a few times before and always enjoyed staying there, it is in an excellent location, the building is lovely. The room we stayed in, number 9 was the best one ever, a lovely room. The decor in the hotel is very nice and it is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

Just 2 things. I emailed the property 2 days before and asked for an iron and ironing board to be in the room when we arrived, and they weren't there, but that was soon remedied, my partner went downstairs to collect them. The second thing was a real pain, no WiFi for the whole of our stay, and as I hardly had any data on my phone it was a real nuisance when it came to booking any activities online for our stay in Warwick. Overall our stay was great but the WiFi issue is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

A real case of the interior being vastly superior to the exterior. First impressions were of a slightly run-down area with the property being on the junction of a main road. That check-in was closed at 6.58 pm when we arrived so we had to phone a number was a bit of a shock. Once in though our room was really good, large and despite being on the corner of the property hence overlooking the road junction the double glazing was very effective. The immediate area has some excellent eateries and cafes and the main town sq is but 15 mins walk.

Car parking is limited so had to park in the lay by for the shops opposite.
