The decor and the cartoon wall displays in the rooms, in the shower and main hotel. The entrance was amazing with the horse and video characters on the walls. Self check in was fast and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety to choose from. Once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is designed with families in mind and is right next to the castle itself.
We only encountered a couple of problems. The curtain separating the kids bunk beds and our double bed was missing. We asked the staff and they informed us the curtains hadn't arrived in time for the hotel opening but they provided us with a huge bed sheet which we managed to tie to the rail which gave us privacy from the kids. The children's beds were a bit short for our 3 kids who are 11, 12 and 13 but they still managed to sleep.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and easy to get around. Breakfast was complimentary and the restaurant was stocked with all the breakfast foods, including foods for dietary needs ie. Vegan and Gluten free cornflakes. Bed was comfortable, lots of space for families we saw that there was 3 beds within the bunk bed area (pull out mattress) and a large baby fold out cot bed in a draw.
Cashless everywhere but one little gift shop next to castle/dungeons - not advised. No clear signs (this way etc) outside of the hotel so had to ask which direction to the Castle. The evening meal at the restaurant was overpriced. £25 per adult for 3 courses which sadly we didn't eat the majority of ( carvery style).

Clean, comfortable tent Great setting Bathroom/toilet facilities were very clean Great entertainment for the children Handy snack bar/ drinks
Bathrooms needed mops to stop floors getting so wet after showers- most campsites we have visited have these. Guests encouraged to use before next guest. Breakfast basket only gave us one voucher for hot option and as there were more of us staying in tent it seemed a little strange. We weren't directed through the hotel reception by staff when we arrived ( we were told to go round the back which was confusing) so we missed the schedule for the children's evening entertainment. Also we weren't able to register our car for free parking - we had to ask.

Evening entertainment made the experience more complete for my son- even though he just watched. The glamping was simple but felt special in the theme. The loos and shower facilities were good. Was able to find drop off point for collecting bags when we left. Staff were friendly .
Difficult to find info- didn't know in advance when to arrive for entertainment. Didn't find out when the restaurant shut until it was too late. Didn't realise how far I'd need to lug my suitcase from car park or that there was a drop off point. The double bed was too firm for my comfort but single beds fine. Would have liked real juice for breakfast instead of what seemed like squash.

Staying overnight in the Knight's Village was a quirky experience. Sadly there was a lot of new building work taking place around the village which made it look untidy and noisy first thing in the morning. It was disappointing that the price we booked at and 'confirmed' was then increased by the cost of parking which was advertised as being 'included' in the originally stated price. Not sure how you can authorise payment at one price and then they deduct a higher amount. Overall a novelty but wouldn't do again.
The amount of building work and the distance from the castle itself. Really felt sorry for the parents lugging their kids & wares back and forth as the shuttle bus doesn't run often enough or for the full day.

The perfect getaway and stay in nature without sacrificing comfort. This was my first glamping experience, and the site was the perfect place to go. I never felt unsafe, surrounded by families and couples, and enjoyed the proximity to the castle (incredibly managed). The tent was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities clean. The breakfast was incredible and the staff beyond kind as well.
Nothing, really. If you don't like bugs (flies, mosquitoes, ants, spiders), glamping might not be for you (since they inevitably make it through the tent opening).

The lodges were decorated in the castle theme, and quite attractive. Bathroom was very clean, modern and well designed. Bed was comfortable also. Best thing about the property though was the restaurant! we didn’t really have high hopes ot the dining hall type place, but were tired and wanted to stay close, so we ate there. unbelievably good food! Everything was outstanding!

Accomodation was very clean and very comfortable. Location was peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was the best I have ever experienced - something for everyone and very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The evening meal was a bit disappointing in choice - soup for starters and a roast dinner. The soup was tasteless and most of the diners were leaving it but the roast dinner was nice and plentiful. The cabins could have done with a couple of chairs that could be folded away ie directors chairs for sitting to have a cuppa in the cabin. I ended up sitting on the floor whilst my colleague sat of the dressing table stool.

Location superb. Staff fantastic. It was great to see the enthusiasm of the staff about working at the Castle. Really pleasant lady served coffee from a small wagon in Castle grounds itself. Castle resplendent in Christmas decorations. Liked the wooden chalets in the woods and the attempts to fit with a theme. Breakfast excellent as was the carvery offered in the evening. Liked the Knight who talked to guests in the dining hall, he was informative. Liked the falconry show at the Castle. Easy walk into Warwick itself, which is a lovely place to visit.
Lack of anywhere to sit in the chalet. Need a couple of chairs. This accommodation is aimed at young families and it would be less suited for adults sharing unless you do not mind people in one bedroom marching through the main bedroom to use the toilet. I stayed with my adult son and we coped but he would have preferred-as would I-not having to walk through my room. The second bedroom features narrow bunk beds, which are also less good for a single adult using the space. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful.

Room set up and decoration was lovely. Tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. Seat on the outside. Lovely surroundings. Something a little different than your average b&b. Lodges well spaced.
There were lots of cobwebs and tree debris on the veranda that you could tell had been there awhile which just needed to be knocked off with a brush. Make sure you tell the attendant that you are staying overnight otherwise you end up in the field car park for the castle visitors who just assume you are visiting the castle only.
