Upon arrival, Paul welcomed us in a friendly manner and provided all the essential information. The room was clean, spacious, and cosy, equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we fell asleep immediately. The location is just a 15-minute walk from Warwick town centre, making it very convenient. Overall, Westham offers great value for money and it is highly recommended.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place. If we visit Warwick again, we would definitely stay there.

Westham is a little treasure. Well situated, within easy walking distance of the Town centre, My room spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean and smells nice ( the fresh flowers made a lovely finishing touch). I like that there's a fridge, microwave and toaster as well as plenty of complimentary coffee and tea etc. Our host is warm and welcoming and gave lots of useful advice about getting around and sightseeing. I would certainly book to stay here again another time.

Paul who I contacted initially and who met us with the key was charming and extremely helpful we could have chatted and enjoyed his company for very much longer than time allowed. The room was pleasant and comfortable and had everything we needed with two chairs rather the one which we have usually encountered in previous hotels and rooms we have stayed in. it was clean and neat We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again without hesitation.

On entering the building there was a slightly musty?old food smell which was a bit disappointing. The hall and stair carpet was good quality but looked dusty and in need of a vacuum running over it. We do hope that Paul will accept these small negatives as constructive rather than niggling.

Wonderful stay. Greeted by Paul, who had very kindly made plans to ensure there was parking available for us. Paul took the time to give us an overview of Warwick, and directions to the Castle. The room was very well equipped, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board available. The bed was so comfortable, best nights sleep I have had in ages. Paul allowed us to park at the hotel while we went to the Castle and around the town. We were just there for the night, the facilities were good enough for a much longer break. Brilliant place to stay, perfect host and great location. Make this your first choice for a stop in Warwick. Thank you, Paul.

We came up to watch a band and it was very close to the venue. Paul was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and there were facilities like a fridge and microwave, tea, coffee and biscuits. And a Lidl a short walk up the road. Not far from a lovely pub called the Black Pug and close to Warwick Castle. Parking was easy. It was extremely convenient and very reasonably priced. Will definitely come here again when we’re in the area.

Paul, the host, was very friendly, welcoming and informative on where to visit. The bedroom was nice and big, with two arm chairs in the room, and a small side table. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Milk, sugar, coffee and tea with mugs and an electric kettle. The fridge is a good size however the freezer is only a small box. A toaster if you wanted to make toast, crumpets, bagels etc, and a microwave. The TV only had music channels on it, but did have a dvd slot. However I don't know whether this works or not as I didn't use it. In the bathroom, there were towels, toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo. In one of the drawers there was a hair dryer and in another drawer were two books which was a nice touch.

Everything was worth the money. There was nothing I didn't like.

The host is very welcoming and friendly the property has a lovely air about it cosy and peaceful couldn't ask for more with the room. It's situated in a perfect place I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Warwick

There's nothing to grumble about really the carpet in the room could have done with a quick vacuum but that's nothing to be bothered about it didn't ruin my experience I'm a bit OCD like that I guess

Paul met me at the property and was fantastic. Told me a little about the area and about the rooms. Super clean and has everything you need forr a stay. Great location for me with work. And problems just ring me he said. Made you feel at easy and very very welcome.

I really can not think of anything wrong with this place. Apart from giving you it for free this place to me was perfect.

The room was very spacious with plenty of in room facilities like en-suite, fridge, desk and a kettle. Bed was clean and super comfortable. Convenient car parking too, directly outside the property. Host was accommodating and offered directions for the event I was in town to visit

Room was at the front of the property so there was a bit of road noise but not too bad though and can't be helped

Check in was painless and quick even though I had to phone because the landlord had nipped out for a minute. The room was a good size, clean, comfortably furnished, and well equipped with a toaster, microwave fridge.

Nothing really. Would have been nice to have a wine glass so that I wouldn't have to drink my wine out of the tea mug. But it's not important!
