Room (no.7) clean and comfortable, though rather small. Adequate enough though for the amount of time we spent there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Room 7 overlooks the kitchen of the care home next door. Even with bedroom window closed, we were disturbed from early morning until late evening by the noise their large scale extract fan. Also if that kitchen had it's window open, you could hear the rattling of pot washing well into late evening. It seemed to stop by about 11.30pm. A previous stay was at the back of the property which was very quiet with no disturbance.

I liked that this was family run and everyone was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice, particularly of fresh fruit. The little touches of glass pots of yoghurt fruit and granola mixed were very welcome and the staff were really attentive. The room I stayed in had a sofa as well as the king size bed which was excellent. The location couldn't be better with strolls through the beautiful parks taking you to all the facilities of the town. Free arking at the hotel was a bonus and the location meant we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay.

Really small niggle my bed was a bit hard but I'm a side sleeper and need a little more give in the mattress. It would have been perfect for a back sleeper. The lodge has no baths but I always shower so this was fine for me.

Excellent location - close to the railway station and easy walking distance to the events that I was attending. Plenty of room for breakfast and with an OK selection. All clean but feeling a bit aged. Breakfast options meant I had nice beans on toast on the second morning. Radiator was on so towel was warn and it took the chill off the autumnal mornings.

Breakfast was OK but bacon a bit too dried out and tough. It feels a bit neglected to still have all the Covid signs and dispensers in place. I missed having a nice cup of tea on arrival but found the kettle, tea and biscuits tucked away in the bedside table on the second day. Shower screen didn't seal well with bath so my shower left a pool of water on the floor. I don't think it damaged anything but I felt a bit guilty to made a mess. Needs a bit of a tweak on the state of the seal.

Spotlessly clean with every need catered for and super efficient service. In a great location a few minutes walk from the town. The beds were really comfortable with nice bedding. The tea tray was well supplied with biscuits, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and vegan milk as well as cow's milk. A fan was provided which proved useful as it was very hot when we stayed. There were lots of power sockets behind the bedside table and at the desk. Everywhere and everything was immaculate. Breakfast was really lovely with little fruit pots and yoghurt/granola/fruit pots freshly prepared as well as a really good choice of cooked breakfast, eggs, salmon etc cooked to order and cooked beautifully. Service was really friendly as well as efficient. Everything is well maintained and there is a lovely little bar area too.

Our room could have been a bit bigger, but it was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel could do with having a more secure area to store left luggage rather than just leaving it in the bar area. We didn't have anything valuable in our luggage, so it wasn't an issue for us, but I probably wouldn't want to leave things like laptops, valuables in such an open area.

The breakfast was superb. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were really accommodating and helpful especially with the checking out and were great with my two young children. The room was clean and facilities were perfect for us. Great location and a short walk to centre for all the restaurants, shops and local adventure playground.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was to our likening and couldn't fault a single aspect of the location, stay or the food provided. Would definitely stay here again and good location to get to Warwick Castle

Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was amazing too and had an extremely efficient walk in shower. The garden is really pretty and we enjoyed having a coffee there in the sunshine this was a real bonus. There is good parking, great location and just a short walk into town. Our cooked breakfast was very good and we also had a delicious dish of fresh fruit salad.. Our hosts and staff were all very helpful and friendly. A perfect place to stay while visiting Leamington Spa and also Warwick which is just a short car journey away.

Nothing to dislike.

Overnight stay as had a party to go to . Rooms were small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean . Staff were friendly and the breakfast options were excellent. Everything was cooked to order ! Was in a great location to get to the town centre and venue easily .

I was happy with my stay so if I had to say anything it would be fortunately I booked a double room just for myself as the room was small and the bed wasnt a standard double . This wasn’t a problem for me but would have been if I had been in a couple .

This is a real gem of a place! Clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. My single room was just right, it was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful! There is a wide range of choices and the food was fresh and made to order. The breakfast staff were excellent. I highly recommend the Victoria Park Lodge and would stay here again.

Nothing - everything was fine.

The property is a beautiful old building from the outside and inside decorated in a traditional style. Everything seemed very clean and well looked after. The bedrooms were large, airy and bright and even though the room was advertised as one double and two singles, the beds were all very big and comfortable. Plenty of private parking out the back (some in front too). We walked into town from there in about 5 minutes through a lovely park, so the location is fantastic. The staff couldn’t do more for us and were very attentive at breakfast. There was so much choice and the cooked full English was delicious. Considering the price, this room and food are amazing value. I stayed with two friends and we were all very impressed and would stay again.

Nothing.

The apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped and quiet. It is only a short walk from the town centre so great location.

We were redirected to the Grove Place serviced apartment which, on first impression, did not look welcoming as it is located in a block managed by a third party overlooking some industrial units. The apt is on the third floor & is over two floors which, while we managed ok, would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Coming back after dark, we discovered that there is no lighting in the stairwell and had to use our phones/torches to see where we were going. We did mention this when returning the keys the next morning only to be told that they had no control over this. It is a lovely apt but this took the edge off it for us.
