Location is great for Twickenham. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. Our room was a comfortable standard double. The staff were great and really helpful. Particularly Ed behind the bar. This was our second stay and we will definitely be returning. The bar area is well furnished and love the fresh water stations.

We liked everything

The staff are wonderful -- helpful, cheery etc. Location is great. Teddington is a chill area with a nice high street and others worth exploring, and you can be in central London via train (from the train station just around the corner) in as little as ~30 minutes. The bar/resto in the Park is also quite good, and there are others nearby. Rooms in the annex are pretty basic but mine was clean and comfortable (who spends a lot of time in their hotel room when in London anyway?).

Had issues staying logged into WiFi. There were no plugs for charging phone on either bedside table -- so I had to leave my phone on the desk (not great for checking the time or silencing phone when alarm went off). These are minor issues.

There is much to like at this lovely hotel but we were especially taken with the decor and furnishings in our room which were stunning.Chairs you can sit in; a desk you can write on and finishing touches such as large wine glasses, a well stocked fridge (very rare to find these days) and curtains that keep out the light were all very much appreciated. Food and service also excellent. We also appreciated being able to park easily (we travelled from Cornwall) and being able to walk to the train station to access Twickenham and central London.

Can't fault anything

Myself and my girlfriend were going to the Depeche Mode concert at Twickenham and we booked the Park Hotel. The Boleyn room was beautiful, bags of character, absolutely everything catered for, excellent air con, superb selection of food and drink in the room, all facilities were excellent. The restaurant food was delicious, including the breakfast options and very reasonably priced. The staff were all excellent and really helpful also. We will absolutely be staying again in the future for any Twickenham concerts!

Everything was perfect!

I’ve stayed on a number of occasions and The Park is consistently good: The main building is charming and has a great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location – close to Bushy Park/local shops/trains to central London The pub and restaurant are good. Breakfast is a highlight. Very clean!

Some of the rooms in the annexe could definitely do with a refresh (I understand this is scheduled for later in the year). However, the rooms are still very comfortable.

the room was a reasonable size for two people as a twin room. The beds were comfortable. The location was very good for our purposes and well served by public transport - there were also a good selection of shops near by

it would have been nice to have had easier access to supplies like teabags, for example, they could have been displayed at the reception or in the building hallway. The heated towel rail didn't seem to work, so towels had to be spread over chairs etc

Staff were lovely and attentive. Lovely pub which served really really nice dinner and drinks. Great location for Hampton Court Palace with parking. Clean facilities and a comfortable bed. Decent price!

The bedroom we stayed in was rather outdated. There were marks and scuffs on the walls which let it down and made it feel slightly unclean even though everything else was lovely and clean. Shower needed replacing as was damaged and unsecured on the wall. Could do with an update which I feel wouldn't need to be costly, but would make a huge difference

Tv Wi-Fi bar and restaurant and good parking Teddington is a lovely town and great walks and places to visit Kingston Richmond Hampton Court Bushy Park what’s not to like location excellent right next to train station giving great access to so many locations for your stay in London area easy to get to central London or Kempton park depending on what your plans are

no safe deposit box in room

The hotel itself was very attractive outside and inside, it was perfect location for our trip, we thought the staff and service were very good and it was a very clean, tidy room. We would def stay again and have recommended it to a friend who hopes to stay there very soon with her husband.

Our only issue really was in our twin room, the sink was not draining effectively, it would take a long time for the water to drain out, so there may have been a blockage.

The location was why we stayed at the park hotel It was a 30-minute walk to Hampton Court palace through bushy Park And the train station to London was just around the corner from the hotel The room was modern and clean with everything we needed for the stay

A small fridge in the room would have been nice to keep things cold Fidges in hotel rooms are standard for us in NZ but this is the only thing I feel could be improved
