Cleanliness: 8 Very clean rooms. Housekeeping every single day, even without requesting. Comfort: 7 The room is small size. Comfortable beds. Not soundproof enough. Location: 8 - The location is very good, near a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. - A nearby bus and underground stations. Staff: 8 Great hospitality from all the staff. Very polite and respectful staff. WiFi: 10 Very good WiFi connection, with high speed. Value for Money: 7 Worth the price, specially when you see much lesser hotels with the same or even higher prices around the same region.

Breakfast: 6 Breakfast is below average, with very limited and mostly cold choices. Facilities: 5 No fridge. No gym or pool. No parking area.

Asif and the other receptionists were really helpful and the Hotel met our expectations and we really had a great time in the hotel .

i liked the room ( 8 ) as it was very quiet. the bed was extremely comfortable. the breakfast room was extremely clean and there was a good selection. the staff were super friendly. the location was ideal

the rug in my room was dusty and smelly, I thought that someone smoked there but fortunately not, it was just all about the rug and I have dust allergy so I needed to take allergy medications to sleep well beside that evrything was perfect I could really see that this is a good place I’m fact I should recommend going there not to the Center people are nicer and everything’s cool

i liked the decor, made it feel luxurious, calming aura, felt like home to home. very clean, I could smell the comforting cleanliness of bleach in the bathroom & the towels and bedding was clean and smelt clean. minimalistic features in room, but was perfect.

the right hand side blind was faulty, could not wind up or down the blind, was a little worried about not receiving damage deposit, even though I know I used the hotel like my home and took care of it. this was my first time ever booking hotel, and it was an amazing experience. i would come back so nothing bad really about the hotel at all.

Really good location, close to the station, and really easy to access central London from there. The Neighbourhood was really quiet and we felt safe in this hotel(which was super important for us because we were 3 girls). Room was really clean and well equiped, we got everything we asked for. There was a daily cleaning and a towel change service which is definitly a plus. Guys on the reception were amazing, kind and really helpful, loved them! :)

Nice room and bathroom. The room was very clean and the reception guy on arrival was friendly, helpful and engaging.

The woman on reception didn’t utter a single word or even look at me when I was checking out! Not a good morning or a hello to acknowledge our presence! Breakfast didn’t happen! Coffee percolator had enough luke warm coffee for one person. The hot water urn was empty and was only filled when we asked which would have taken a good while to boil! The fruit bowl was full of wrinkly apples and oranges! We went to the nearby Toby Inn and had a full english!

I checked in after a long and difficult day at the hospital waiting for my partner who we hoped would be allowed out that day, (we live quite far away!). Unfortunately it was just me checking in, but Kalam on reception was an absolute legend; super kind and thoughtful which was much appreciated! The room was lovely - really clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Even if the hotel is not quite central, the train infrestucture is awesome. There are trains which departure from 15 to 15 minutes and in 20 minutes you can arrive to the main attraction points. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and I'm glad that I have seen more than the central area of London. The room and staff are ok, the tv has a Netflix account registered.

Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more diversificated, but was ok.
