I would love to tell u because I’m a woman so one thing u should put the socket near the mirror or hairs dryer because when I was there I’m looking for socket to plug my heard brush in to styles my hairs but got no in there even one I need to doing in the front of mirror that’s it thank you x I been working supervisor in premier inn for 12 years and bit different holiday inn is clean tidy as well some must better than Premire inn but no socket there to dress up sorry because I just want to give u what guess need to make them stay comfortable and have what they looking for. So for the price is enough money to stay enjoy thank you for great night stay I’m happy when I was there. 😙take care and have a good day a head.

Pleasant, helpful staff on reception and in the breakfast lounge. Everything we needed in our room for a short stay. Good parking. Pleasing breakfast and an extremely comfortable bed.

No complaints really. Perhaps a few biscuits to go with the tea/ coffee in the room and bottled water. A welcome pack but probably these are not available due to Covid.

Parking available at a reasonable cost for 24hrs. Tube station 5 minutes away - easy access into Liverpool Street station. Staff were friendly, informative, helpful and diligent. Receptionist who helped in getting our taxi was super efficient, chasing up when it was delayed without prompting - sorry I did not get your name, but thank you

Was able to get an early check in, brilliant! Very clean room & comfy bed. Good value for money.

Television didn’t work & the main light in the room also didn’t work. Not a huge problem though.

Room was great and, being in room 715, a great view. Staff are excellent, polite friendly and ready to help anytime of day.

If there was any problem with the stay it was the food. Not the quality as it was cooked properly and tasted great it was with the lack of choice only

In the area to visit a sick relative. We frequently stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels. Always satisfied. Never disappointed. Thankyou

The location is hotel is excellent. It is easy to get to motorways. The breakfast option was great too. My family enjoyed the stay.

The hotel should offer free parking. It is £5 for 24 hours. So anyone booking for this hotel, please add this cost too.

The room was large and comfy and had everything needed. Breakfast was great too.

Great value, staff really friendly. Breakfast good, next door to tube and parking very reasonable at £5 for 24hrs which you can add to your room so don't panic at the machine if you have no coins.

Could have done with mini fridge to keep our water bottles down . And more choices on menu regarding the dinner.

Staff were helpful. Its a very clean hotel Service was very good.

Noise of the cars. It was too noisy as it was closed to the main road.
