We love the location. The 2 bedroom is our favorite because we have traveled with my mother. This gives all us privacy. We have stayed at this property multiple times

There were no extra blankets and pillows for the couch bed in the rooms. We had to ask for them, which was a little inconvenient, but we did get them. The shower heads need to be updated. They spray in multiple directions and don't move freely. They are covered with Lyme. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked

I like that this hotel had everything you needed and wanted right there for you. It had restaurants right there close to it. The hospital was right next door to it, and also a Publix grocery store. Inside the hotel room was set up like a apartment. You had your dishwasher, microwave, two glass cook top burners, and regular size refrigerator. This place was awesome. Will stay here again when in Huntsville.

breakfast was great

Had to request room to be cleaned two separate times to two separate staff - both at the front desk - and still never got service! Had two full bags of trash sitting in the floor. Wasn't until I contacted the housekeeping staff on our floor that anything got done! Four days into a five day stay!!

The breakfast had a very decent variety, the whole staff was nice, the location was very convenient with its parking. The pool was also great, the room and the building itself smelled nice and felt modern. The front desk ladies were very helpful. The whole experience was outstanding.

I paid for a suite for 3 people (2 adults and a teen) but only the king bed was made and I had to ask for sheets and make the sofa bed myself. The room was set up for 2 people instead of 3. It is not a big deal though. I would still stay here again.

Location, value, room size. The personnel were very friendly and facilitating. Liked kitchenette and room accommodations. Provided a great clean and delicious breakfast with many selections; could stay open a little later. Nice room accommodations and public areas.

An adult high toilet, the stool was great for children but too low for average adult. Room was not cleaned on second day of stay, no fresh towels, emptying of trash and waste baskets, etc. Closed breakfast at 9:00, 10:00 would be better to accommodate late risers. since room is geared for two, an additional desk chair or such would be a welcomed addition so both could sit at desk/table for eating, playing cards or games, etc.

Ok breakfast, and restaurants close made our stay nice. Pool area open almost all day gave opportunity for morning swim. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Pictures of room made it look bigger. No real area for eating - just one small desk and one chair, made eating-in not so good, even if all facilities were available in the kitchen to make our own meals.

The room was kinda spacious, smaller than the last one we had.Love the kitchen and that it has a separate bedroom.

The water in the shower never got hot, it was barely luke warm. I meant to say something to the woman at the front desk but got sidetracked when we were leaving.

I liked being downtown Huntsville centrally located with the ability go to the grocery store, fine dinning or see some attraction or go walking in the park.

The parking lot was a bit dirty.

Everything. The parking was nice. Being close to restaurants and von Bron center. The room was so nice and spacious. The hotel was very looking. I enjoyed being able to order from Ruth's Chris chicken just walk out of the hotel and pick it up. The bed in my room was so comfortable. The spacious bathroom was a big bonus. I would go back in a heart beat if I could.

I had to leave.

It was comfortable and clean. Location worked well for the activities we had planned.

Pool wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Seemed to always have debris floating in it.
