web description needs to be updated. Should have advised that the hotel was being remodeled. Pool not open. Could have cooking equipment and eating utensil's etc...,,should be offered or in the room, even for a deposit. (we realize that people steal and reck it for everyone else)

Everything!. Loved the hotel and the people. It was our first time in Alaska, and we had a lot of questions. Called the.front desk many times. They always answer quickly. The room has all you need including a decent kitchenette.
No real breakfast, but we were ready because of previous reviews. Michael at the front desk provided us with everything to prepare a meal upon a request

Marcus at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby area was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable.
The bed sheets were crumpled and looked as if someone had slept on them before. The floors in the elevator and the hallways were not clean and didn't smell clean The floor in my room were just plain nasty.

Vending machines were great and the whole place was very comforting. The staff members were also very nice. I had no trouble or any sorts of problems and complications. It was not bad to be honest. Me and my family spent a great time being comfortable!
Well the people by us weren’t so great but I have no complains. One thing actually the bathroom toilet wasn’t working that’s all. Everything was great just the bathroom needed to be fixed and all. All though I loved the bathroom.

The air conditioning in the room does not seem to be very good, and there was a pizza box that seemed to be stored for a long time when I checked in

Nice large rooms, great kitchen, and smell is amazing in the rooms. I stayed 3 nights in Hilton before and this one I took because I arrived in the morning from Denali and my flight back to New York was in midnight, i had to be somewhere for 7 hours. When I saw the property and clean rooms, I kinda regretted it that I did not find this hotel earlier than Hilton. Thank you!
