The location of the property is amazing, walking distance to the Downtown area. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

We understand the busy season time but a request was sent to the property of our early arrival which was in the noon time and the standard check-in was at 16:00. Unfortunately, we did not get the room until 16:30 and we had to really wait very long time. We did pass our 2-3 hours out in Downtown but upon our return also it wasn't ready. Would not elaborate more on this as due to one reception member all others will be affected. Just an advise, if the staff at front office can be more smiling and friendly. The good part was at least our luggage was kept in their locker room for all these few hours.

I had a package delivered to me the day before my arrival, it was in prefect condition on my arrival. Also left behind a set of Bose speakers and an iPod which I though that I would never see again, but it was held for me by the front desk employee.

I woke up late every day, I wish that there was a way to extend or have a small general break fast package for late comers ( that's on me ). :)

The room was very comfortable. The WIFI was great. The breakfast was awesome. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. The location cannot be beat. Very easy to get around everywhere!

Obviously, there was a problem with the stairs and the construction in the lobby although I know these things have to be taken care of from time to time. Really, that did not present a big problem and was just a very small inconvenience.

Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the coastal trail. Big room with two flat screen televisions, refrigerator, and fast wifi. The free breakfast was nice and included yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon, bagels, waffles, fruit, etc.

The furniture was a bit worn, but the staff at the front desk said they were going to do a renovation of the rooms real soon. The bed and linens were fine and didn't need to be upgraded.

one or two things a bit scruffy but work was underway replacing flooring in the entrance and breakfast room so confident things will be better when the work is finished. Staff were generally helpful but rather unprofessionally dressed - weren’t sure if they were customer facing staff or back office stand-ins!

It was quiet and within a walking distance to downtown Anchorage attractions. It was also quiet and the room was pretty big for me and my coworkers. Overall, I liked this location and hotel.

The lighting is kind of dim, however it works well for my sensitive eyes. The walls are kind of thin, I could hear people showering and walking, however it was overall quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the large room that was clean and quiet. Breakfast offered your usual eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pastries. However, the woman working at breakfast was also making fresh waffles for customers, so that was a nice bonus.

The decor was very dated. I think the sofa in the room was older than me! The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown. It's definitely walkable, but a little farther than some of the other centrally located hotels.

The receptionist was very helpful in temporarily storing our luggages and for calling a cab. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but good enough.

Hotel is old and outdated. This hotel needs full renovation. Location is a bit far from center.
