We absolutely love the location because it's Central to all the sightseeing Within a 30 minute radius. The rooms are honestly the cleanest in the area. I'm a germaphobe and I like to sanitize everything in my room and then wipe it down and there was not a speck of dirt when I wiped it down. I was impressed. We stayed here in 2019 and really enjoyed it and decided to come back and we're glad we did. The bathrooms are beautiful and the Jet tub is great. The shower is big. The bedrooms are secluded with their own door which is nice and the bed was super comfortable. Even the pull out bed was really comfortable for the kids. I love that they provide a kitchen full of utensils to use to cook your own food. Because we get tired of eating out on vacation. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub and a workout room which is great. You can buy snacks up at the office and drinks if you don't want to run up to the store. The staff is really friendly and very informative about sightseeing in the area. Overall, we've stayed at a lot of places and this is probably the best one we've stayed at in arizona. Highly recommend this for a place to stay near Sedona, Jerome or Cottonwood. So much to do nearby and it's nice to come back after a long day to a giant bathtub and a beautiful room.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this place.

Had an amazing stay! This resort was right by everything we wanted to visit within Sedona. The staff were very kind and responsive. Great amenities provided. Clean room, free parking, free laundry, open pool/jacuzzis, available gym with towels and shower. It’s also located next to a golf course which was great since my boyfriend loves to golf. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend to those visiting Sedona.

I did get asked how old I was which was a bit odd. I’m a tiny Asian girl that looks 12 but I’m 25 in the tech world so I had an inkling the concierge was questioning if I could afford the stay or not since I looked so young. By the looks of it this resort appeared to appeal towards the older crowd so it is fair she asked how old I was but would have preferred not to be asked this as I’m not trying to get into a club.

The property is adjacent to a nice little golf course, in close proximity to both Cottonwood and Cornville, AZ. It is the perfect halfway point between the Phoenix Valley and Flagstaff. Cottonwood is a growing area with a quaint historical downtown full of restaurants and shops. The surrounding area is turning into vineyards and wineries, and it makes for a nice little weekend get-away in cooler temperatures than the Phoenix Valley.

The bed was a little too soft for my preference, but this would be a plus for many.

it’s a timeshare masquerading as a hotel so the rooms are set up for weeklong stays. Really nice kitchen area and huge bathroom with a shower and jetted tub. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool and adult, hot tub, barbecues, and outdoor activities which we didn’t use because the weather wasn’t very warm. it’s a luxury property close to Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona and a fraction of the Sedona price. even though it was a timeshare, no one ever mentioned, that fact checking and are checking out, no presentation to sit through.

We checked in late and the staff at the front desk was very nice and greeted us a smile. The property over all was very nice. Our suite was super clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location for anything you want to do while you are there.

My only complaint about the property is that they have a representative there that calls you letting you know that she has a welcoming gift for you and to stop by the front desk. This is not a welcoming gift at all but rather a bribe of $100 to attend a 90 min seminar on purchasing a time share. I walked in and felt deceived. I think if she was more up front when she called about this welcoming package it would t have been listed on my survey complaint. My husband and I didn’t think taking 90 min out of our weekend together was worth it so we did not accept the welcoming package.

Self catering. The kitchen appears to be well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and large cooker. However, we didn't cook anything, even breakfast. There was a TV in the lounge and bedroom. Our bedroom had one large bed that was very comfortable. Small wardrobe. The lounge was spacious with a settee and armchair plus dining table and chairs. Bathroom was very luxurious with corner jacuzzi bath and large separate shower, and separate toilet within the bathroom. Air conditioning was efficient in the kitchen/lounge, with a large fan in the bedroom. Small patio with table and chairs. Swimming pool area is very nice and there is lots of outdoor seating both there and near the accommodation. Toiletries supplied won't last long and are not replenished. They are available to purchase from the shop. Housekeeping only after 4 or 5 nights, but there are plenty of towels supplied. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tables and laundry powder etc supplied.

The rooms are very dark. It would help if they were painted white or magnolia.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in our unit. It was very quiet and peaceful, and a great location for hikes in south Sedona. The staff were helpful and friendly. I cannot fault anything about this place, and the prices were very reasonable too. We'll definitely stay here again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I liked that I was not charged a " resort fee". I liked how spacious the room was, I did not feel cramped like your typical Studio. I was planning to stay a few nights next week, for work, but shows nothing available.

After waking I am getting ready for work, the coffee pot was extremely slow at producing enough coffe to fill my mug. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay. Thank You We will be staying at Highlands in the future and not for work.

These are more like condos with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, huge bathroom and large balcony. This is a great place to stay overnight or long term. The adult jacuzzi (yes, they have an adults only jacuzzi) was open till midnight and it's far enough away from homes that you don't have to worry about disturbing other residents.

A lil farther from downtown than we like. Only about a 10 minute drive, but we like to be within walking distance.

Perfectly located and close to both Cottonwood and Sedona. The amenities were great as well! The room was better than the photos and the grounds in general were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was beyond helpful! I highly recommend staying at the Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge!
