Orgins Bed and Breakfast was amazing! This is one of the best vacations I could think of because it has everything you need. The rooms were cozy, comforting, and the design was unique and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Jeff and Karen were extremely nice and accommodating too! They offered great recommendations, and helped make the stay special with some personal touched. It is very close to Sedona, Jerome, and the mountains. I would recommend Orgins Bed and Breakfast to everyone!

I liked everything about this trip.

Imagine our surprise when we pulled up to Origins, Karen and Jeff's magnificent B&B, where we stayed for 4 nights in October 2022. The four suite B&B is contained in a 2 year old spacious Pueblo-style house situated on a hilltop, surrounded by a 360 degree vista of the surrounding countryside. Each room has a theme and we stayed in the "Copper Room" with a large, private balcony complete with a copper canopy over the bed, a spacious two-person copper bathtub, huge walk-in rain shower, and copper embellishments throughout the suite. The linens, towels, bedding, mattress, fireplace, and wet bar were all top shelf. This is a second floor room but there is a dumbwaiter to bring up luggage. Everything from the greeting, to checkin, to showing us to our room, to explaining where everything was and how it worked, to the exceptional breakfasts prepared and served by Karen and Jeff, to a tour of the common areas both inside and outside, to suggestions for hikes and restaurants was done with thoughtful kindness. We were sad when our check-out date arrived, but hope to return sometime in the future! Thank you Karen and Jeff!!

Absolutely nothing! We loved everything about this B&B! Make sure you read the emails you get from the hosts. The most important one (which I neglected to read) was about directions and a certain road we should NOT take, despite the fact our GPS was telling us to use that road. They very clearly told us NOT TO TAKE THE UVX ROAD! We did see some neat looking black and white cows, but the road dead-ended and added some time onto our trip.

Origins Bed & Breakfast thoroughly exceeded our expectations! As we approached the driveway, we were in awe of the view from the top of the hill. You truly have the best view of the neighboring towns as well such as Jerome and Sedona. Karen and Jeff were exceptional hosts who greeted us upon arrival, showed us around our room, and made us feel extremely comfortable. I appreciated the extra special acknowledgment of our anniversary as well! We stayed in the "River Room" and we absolutely loved it. The room was not only spacious and roomy but the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! The size of the shower and of the bathtub was equally impressive. Lastly, the quality of service at each breakfast was phenomenal and Karen prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us each morning. It is obvious that Karen and Jeff are passionate about providing the best possible experience for all of their guests.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Jeff and Karen were absolutely delightful hosts. We had the privilege of staying 2 weeks. The breakfasts were outstanding. The room was gorgeous and had all the little extras you would not except (including wireless speakers to use outside). We stayed in the Pueblo Room which had a wonderful patio. We loved hanging out there in the mornings for coffee and evening for wine and relaxation. The home was designed so that each of the 4 rooms had a lot privacy to hang out. It is amazing area to visit for just a weekend or an extended stay. We highly recommend this location and hope to return again!!

There was nothing we didn't like about the stay. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

We just loved staying at Origins x it is the most wonderful B&B and Karen and Jeff amazing hosts and the house is so comfortable and the rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need and a kitchenette with everything there. The views were stunning and our huge patio was a joy to sit on and enjoy the views. Cottonwood the local town is so pretty and lovely restaurants. It took about 20 minutes to get to the Red Rock State Park which was easy and there is lots of information in the house. We found Sedona (the town) too busy but did not to be there. Amazing place!! Everything was perfect. All the details allover in the building,the owners are so kind,friendly and always ready,5stars breakfeast. One of the best places we ever stayed! We are so thankfull to Jeff and Karen.The room very big space,clean,cozy and an amazing bathroom with a very big jacuzzi&shower....out of this world! Also the garden overlooking the Verde Valley...many diffrent secret corners.....only the sound from birds.......the view is amazing. Hikes and other interesting places very nearby. Thank you very much for the wonderful time,we will be back hopefully next year. All the best for the rest of the season.

Nothing,all was more then perfect.

The hosts, Karen and Jeff, were exceptional. They greeted us at the door upon arrival, offered a quick tour of the common area and our room, showings us all amenities. Outdoor view and accommodations were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts always asked about our food preferences. Loved they took the time to write " Happy Anniversary " in chocolate on our plates. A beautiful B&B inside and out; would highly recommend!

This property is centrally located to many places of interest such as Sedona, Jerome,Montezuma’s Castle, and other Indian Ruins! The views from this location are spectacular! The breakfasts were delicious! I would give the meals we had there a 5 Star rating if I were a food critic!

The owners, Jeff and Karen, have made this our go-to-place anytime we are in the area! The rooms are one of a kind and there is everything a traveler needs at their fingertips! They have thought of everything! The furnishings, the lighting, the artwork, the background music, all is perfectly aligned culture that surrounds them!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Origins Bed and Breakfast. We come to the area for the “Run Sedona” 5K race. The facility is amazing and the hosts make you feel like family. The food was delicious!

The River Room was beautiful. The amenities. The attention to detail down to the smallest convenience. The hosts were charming, gracious, and humbling. They have a passion for what they’re doing and it shines through! The breakfasts were very visionary and unique and presented wonderfully. The teas and coffees were outstanding. Amazing views. Absolutely wonderful stay. About 20 minutes from Sedona without the price tag! Loved it here!! Relaxing on the patio in a comfortable circular chair gazing at the night sky - amazingly we saw 5 shooting stars! Enjoy the grounds - so peaceful and serene. It inspires gratitude…☺️
