Front desk was sweet, very informative. We were told beforehand that they had a quincenera party in the banquet room. Found that to be quite entertaining and the guests were respectful. THE POOL IS COLD lol. This comes from young teens and kids that normally don't feel temperature. So cold, they didn't want to go in. Our room was spotless but very very perfumey. It was our biggest issue. Whatever cleaner they use is overpowering and lasts all night. I appreciate the clean rooms but I don't usually have reactions to smells and this was headache inducing. Tried to air it out with open door and windows and the bathroom fan but just had to tough it out. Otherwise great!

Polly was VERY helpful when asked about the area. She was very pleasant to deal with. She recommended the best Mexican cuisine I have had in a long time Adriana’s Mexican Restaurant was delicious. We didn’t use it but the pool looked clean. The ice machine is outside in a stairwell.

Everything was fine. We only stayed one night. The only down side is the office is not attached to the rooms so for breakfast we saw several people having to walk a ways and if you want to bring the food back to your room, you are walking in the elements. We did have a minor situation but Polly tried to correct it immediately when it was brought to her attention.

The staff here are amazing. They even called the day we were set to arrive to confirm our reservation. Everyone was wonderful, the room had clearly been updated (although the shower was a little outdated), and the fact that the rooms themselves are off the road by quite a bit made it very quiet.

This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL, so that's something everyone should understand. The rooms are located about 40 yards from the main lobby/conference center. There is a breakfast offering here, which is passable, but the coffee was the worst coffee my husband or I had ever drunk. We chose not to partake after day one, instead heading to a restaurant for breakfast. Also, the AC unit was exceptionally loud, as it was an in-wall unit.

Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was wonderful - it had hot foods (scrambled eggs and sausages), cereals and milk, a waffle maker, fruits, and yoghurt. There was also a coffee machine that had ten options, including hot chocolate. The breakfast staff was prompt in refilling the hot foods, even when it ran out ten minutes to closing time. The hotel is in a quiet location, and Cottonwood in general is a nice small town, away from the tackiness of all the fortune tellers and other shops trying to sell spiritual enlightenment in Sedona, but yet close enough that I don't mind driving to Sedona almost everyday for the hikes.

Breakfast ends at 9am, which is a bit early. Many people turned up for breakfast around 8:30am, which is a sign that they too would have come down for breakfast later had it ended later.

Beth was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to town. Loved the cookies in the lobby! The lady (I forgot her name) 😬 working in the breakfast area was very sweet and most helpful. Liked the big refrigerator in our room.

WIFI didn’t work. Mentioned it to a staff member who was able to reset it, but after waiting about a half hour (which is how long she suggested), it still never worked. I mentioned it again upon checkout and the lady said she’d call in a technican.

The service was excellent! Check in with Chris was fast and easy. When we discovered they hadn't seen our request for a ground floor room, he carried our bags up to the room for us! We saw him several times during our stay, and he was always friendly and the perfect host. The rooms were spotless, and maid service was great. Beds were very comfortable. Breckfast was adequate. During our stay, we needed assistance with tha TV and Paulie and her friend (forgive me, I can't remember her name) were quick to come help us. They were very congenial and enjoyed a visit with them. Next day checkout with Paulie was very easy! We'll be back!

Communication error about needing a ground floor room was made. But, they more than made up for it.

Clean, excellent front desk service, rooms are large, I appreciate little things like the door not slamming closed. Excellent selection breakfast; waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, cereal, eggs sausage toast and juice on and on. Great place with the huge huge parking lot to walk my service animal. Easy access to road to Sedona. Plenty to do right around cottonwood though. Impressive front entry. Decent toiletries. I only stay here while in this town.

The hot tub closed for season wth, it's winter and the best time for a much needed jacuzzi visit.

Great location away from busy area so it was quiet & peaceful with nice views. Beds were very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. Rooms & facilities were clean including pool area. Large parking area. I usually don't eat comp hotel breakfast but they had scrambled eggs & sausage, make your own waffles & fresh fruit to grab & go and other breakfast stapples so I saved some $ by eating there and it was good. Love having an ice machine on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't complain about anything!

1st impression as I walked in was it looked nice and smelled great and the temperature was perfect. For the price it was a great place to rest and get ready to go on our mini vacation tour. Very centrally located to the surrounding areas! Would stay again. Fresh towels daily and great breakfast with lots of choices.

It didn't have a K-Cup coffee maker or regular coffee pot. Coffee maker was the small round pods.

Nice location set back from the road on a hill. Even nicer evening views if you drive further up the hill. Very spacious and clean room. Very attentive and knowledgeable front desk staff. Real good complimentary breakfast we enjoyed 4 mornings. Cottonwood is a nice location to stay for hiking in the Sedona area.. Cottonwood is also a ten minute drive to the town of Jerome and worth a visit. Cottonwood old town has a few local eclectic restaurants definitely worth checking out. This hotel was the best value on a twelve day trip requiring 5 hotels.
