i like the professional hospitality of the staff. very nice l, easy going and and It’s a surprising delight in a town where most places to stay are lacking in basic hospitality skills.

pool unavailable. I understand the upkeep of a pool and how quickly a pool can turn green but I know pool professionals take pride in never allowing a day go bay guest cannot use the pool during this time of the year in Tucson people are looking forward to a swim. the jacuzzi looked good to go in my opinion this should at least been opened.

The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff was so accommodating and very kind.

The front desk staff. There is one man, an overnight staff member, who was lovely and kind and provided quick quality service. The rest provided slow and inconsistent service. They were a bit combative and seem in need of therapy. 0/10 just throw the whole staff away.

The room was cleaned almost everyday, clean towels provided. I had no issues during my stay, the place was quite although it was facing a parking lot. I did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were nice and welcoming.

I did not like that the breakfast was not included in the price.

I've stayed at this motel several times in the past four years. It is clean and the facilities are pet friendly. It is obvious that the curre nt owners care about their customers because they are working hard at renovations. Yes it is somewhat dated and could use paint and more than 1 working washer and dryer. But for the price comfortable enough! It can't be beat!

Parking is a little cramped.

Easy to get to off of the highway. The room was updated (except for the shower). Felt very safe. Had everything we needed for passing through just the one night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The shower walls needed an update however it functioned just fine. Furniture was a little worn but the bed was comfortable and clean.

We were very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Check in was easy. Check out even easier! We felt safe and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

A very, very large group of our friends stayed here for a weekend. I know when they see this they’ll know what large group of people I’m talking about. Anyway, they were extremely accommodating, very kind, and extra helpful. We we all very please with our stay at this facility. HATS OFF TO THIS STAFF!!

Room was very clean ..and had plenty of room..not a small rooms like some budget hotels.. large King bed was very comfortable.. would like to buy one for my home..was a great value for the money we paid... will stay again next time I visit Tucson

Could possibly use one more ice machine.. not enough ice available sometime.,

The location was exceptionally convenient. The room and bed were comfortable. The room had decent internet and enough electric plugs. Everything worked well and it was quiet.

The parking is a bit tight. Although there were enough spots, it can be hard to maneuver. There's not much the management can do about that.

The room/bed booked was not available There was trash left in the room upon entering There was a fire drill a couple hours after I fell asleep There was a couple screaming outside a couple hours later The morning coffee came out in 3 different colors, no lids, no milk alternatives
