This hotel is very close to a well-maintained linear park, and an excellent grocery store is within 10 minutes walking distance. The suite supplies all the plates, cutlery and pots and pans you need to prepare meals. When we didn't feel like cooking there are several restaurants to choose from within 50 m of the property. The hotel has two exercise rooms for the athletic-minded. The internet was high-quality. The breakfast was good on a U.S. hotel scale.

The exit door at the west end of our wing has been converted to an emergency exit only, which meant that even if we intended to travel west from the hotel we had to walk the length of the building and exit the east entrance, then backtrack to go west. The door opens into the gated pool area, so I don't understand the point of making this an emergency exit.

Breakfast was very good and staff working in the restaurant area very attentive. Food selection was great and fresh.

Cost. In trying to secure a less expensive option, manager was unhelpful &bordering on rude. We’ve been to this location many times in the past 20 years & we’re disappointed with the interaction with the manager during the day Feb. 19, 2023

Lovely facility and comfortable suite with a little patio poolside. Barbecues are quite large and in a nice stone area with tables poolside. The bed and pillows were of excellent quality. The employee who checked us in was efficient and very friendly and helpful.

The property is over six miles off the 10 freeway but worth the drive. The shower wall had hair on it from a previous guest and there were candy wrappers between the bed and the window. However, the rest of the suite was quite clean. Given the size of the suite, the rate was a little high.

located near restaurants and a coffee shop. the pool are was nice with real grass. the rooms were fairly well equipped. check-in was easy and the staff were pleasant. the hotel is on the bike path.

the suite size was extremely small compared to other hotels. they really could not make it any smaller. the kitchen was barely equipped enough for eating a meal.

Mainly, I liked the location, updated finishes, and cleanliness. It is located in a lovely Spanish style plaza with two adjacent restaurants that share a large courtyard and have live music. I've eaten at both of the restaurants (Reforma, and Union Public House) and they both have good food and pleasant ambience. The hotel had nice finishes in both common areas and rooms, and particularly nice southwestern artwork in the common areas. I travel to Tucson regularly for business and it's the cleanest hotel that I've stayed in so far. Five-stars for cleanliness. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bedroom had a full-length mirror which was convenient. The bathroom had good water-pressure and the big mirror over the sink had lighting all around it which was good for applying make-up and very flattering. I'd stay at this hotel again.

In my Booking.com reservation, I asked for a quiet room; however, they put us in a room on the north side, facing the restaurants. I could hear the loud live music when I went to bed so if you want a quiet room, let them know you don't want to be facing the restaurants. Also, the free breakfast was the saddest I've encountered so far (although, decent quality). It had only one hot item, the chicken breakfast sandwich special; no eggs, no potatoes, no meats, no waffle station, no toast station, etc. Although our room was a nicely appointed 1-bedroom with kitchen, it was unusually small. This didn't really bother me but it is the smallest 1-bedroom I've stayed in so far. It was still a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

It was difficult to find free parking during the concerts. The kitchen was not fully stocked: there was no frying pan, there was only one teaspoon, there was no salad bowl. The pillowcase on one of the pillows was dirty (soiled with makeup), so it seemed that the bedding hadn't been completely changed. And I was also very disturbed in the morning by the noise from vacuum cleaners for leaves! He woke us up every morning.

The check out staff was way more nice and friendlier.. Everything else about our stay was amazing Everything was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. We loved the extra pillows and bedding in the room so we disnt have to bother the staff. The suite itself was amazing. We will be booking again for our next stay-cation

The check in staff wasn't the friendliest, she seemed annoyed while helping me I wish the breakfast last a little later till maybe 11 instead of 10

Room was like a little apartment, location was steps away from a very popular River Walk, which we used daily, walkable to Trader Joes was a plus, other shops are close by, great plaza restaurants steps away, didn’t have to drive for dinner spots. A real treat.
