The rooms were recently updated and were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is not only walking distance to the historic district / downtown, it also provides easy access by bicycle to the Tucson Look bike path. I was able to leave me car at the hotel and easily bike to the loop.

Only problem was finding someone in the office in the morning. I had wanted to check on extending my stay, but no one was available.

There were several nice touches in the room. The shower was particularly good, with 2 shower heads. The outlet next to the bed was on the front of the bedside table where it was easily accessed. There were two screens across the window. One screen was a privacy screen and the other was to darken the room. There were two benches in the bathroom area on which you could place your suitcase. There were plenty of pillows of varying degrees of firmness on the bed. There was a comfortable easy chair in addition to the desk chair. i just really thought the room was well thought out.

There was no breakfast provided, although there were breakfast restaurants in the area. It may have been that there was no breakfast room built into the original structure.

The rooms were all very modern looking, very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was super helpful in accommodating our requests. The location of the facility is great, as it was very close to the main dining and entertainment areas of town, but also close to the highways for any trips out of the local area. Would definitely stay at again for our next trip to Tucson.

The room was in really great condition, but the area around it is a little loud, with the occasional car horn or fire truck driving by, but it was very infrequent. It would have been nice to know that the free breakfast was on pause due to the pandemic, but it's understandable.

The Ladies at the front desk were pleasant. The room was very clean, bright, and quiet and was identical to the photos on the website and through Booking.com. The continental breakfast options were surprisingly good! We originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 3 nights as we were touring the surrounding cities and towns within 2 hours drive. A GREAT value!  

Nothing other than the nosing refrigerator that sounded like a coffee maker.

I was 6 nights at this hotel as I completed shopping before heading back to Mexico. The rooms have been updated and my room with two beds was very comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel before and I will again when I visit Tucson.

The lady at the front desk looks very sad. No hello smile or energy. She was very helpful to get me checked in and a first floor room.

The floors are not very clean. It could be that the carpet is just hard to keep clean but it was quite dirty, to the point you have to wear shoes to not get socks dirty. Even the hard floor was a bit dirty. for almost $200/night the price-value ratio was moderate. This may have been related to the jacked-up prices during the gem show

Surprisingly, I was impressed with my stay. The owner was super nice and very accommodating and I can tell he cared about the comfort of my stay. While the outside may not be glamorous the room was very comfortable and spacious. First the bed was very comfortable, not too soft not to hard. The pillows were amazing with both firm and soft to choose from. The sheets were very soft and comparable to some of the more luxury hotels I have stayed in. Very impressed by the bedding which for me is something important because we all need a good nights sleep. The bathroom was smaller but efficient.

The desk chair while stylish was not very comfortable for long sitting for example if you had to work for a few hours. But that is just my personal comfort and may not be an issue for others. Also, the TV auto shuts off after a while which was a little annoying when you are in mid-movie. But again this was not a big issue and I can understand the purpose. Lastly, my room was clean in all major areas of use, but there was some dust build up on the cords for the hanging lights. Now for me that was not a big deal dust happens. But I did leave a note and have no doubt that management team with tend to the task.

We were in a center room on the ground floor. It was clean and convenient. The staff were friendly and told the manager about our phone not functioning The phone was replaced the next day.

It was further from our event than we anticipated. The freeway was within a mile so we were able to cut the time down to 35 minutes. There was a restaurant across the street that had just opened. It was for lunch and dinner since There were sandwiches only. These issues were resolved by driving to other restaurants which was okay.

Remodeled old building with character. Walking distance to downtown and 4th Ave shops.

Very crowded car park, but no problems. A bit noisy from people upstairs and people next door coming in very late. The woman at reception wasn’t very talkative and didn’t give us much advice about restaurants. There’s only one restaurant across the street for breakfast, otherwise you have to drive somewhere.
