The room was very roomy, and we used the living room area as a separate room for some of the family (we had a young baby). The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience and we will be back! The pool was also very clean and great to get into during this awful heat.

The room had some old socks on the side of the bed the weren't ours so that was a bit unnerving. Some of the controls for the bathrooms amenities were finicky and could either use an update or at the very least, a good fixing. We got breakfast tickets for the Cafe next door, the food was good but the woman working there was very rude.

This hotel has a free "real" breakfast at the restaurant next door. You order off a limited menu and the chef cooks to order. I tried the biscuits with jalapeno gravy with 2 eggs on the side. Yummy! Such a wonderful change from the usual serve yourself breakfast. The room had a dorm size fridge which was great because we like to make picnic lunches. The hotel person was able to recommend a place for dinner, we went to a Greek restaurant, close by, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. (I am hungry, can you tell?) The hotel room was big and very clean. We did not have maid service, just clean towels, which came promptly.

OMG the sun is so bright in the morning! It woke us up because it streamed in the bathroom window. We had a little confusion when we extended our stay and changed who was paying, but it all got straightened out in the end.

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The allocated room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with a wide variety of options. The hotel was only 10/15 minutes walk into the downtown area including bus and train stations and only 15/20 minute walk to the University area where there was a wide selection of bas, restaurants and shops etc.

The selection of TV channels available could be improved.

The breakfast was amazing and the beds where comfortable. The room was will lit and the AC was cold.

One thing that stood out was the fee. I paid in advance and upon check in there was an extra fee that I wasn't aware of. Booking fee was an extra $150. I brought up my concern and the manager understood I was traveling and had a budget. No not only that, I would have prepared if I was aware. He helped me with kindness and understanding. He was great.

Good comfort (spacious room, big bed king size), well equipped. Kind and helpful staff. Very Good location (near to Downtown (pay attention to current detours due to important Roadworks) . Outsourced Breakfast with neighbour restaurant (standard incl = 5,$ value). We were afraid of this formula which has disappointed us in a previous hotel visited but this time, it was fully enough and moreover, the personal was very kind!!

Nothing special!!

Angela from the front desk was very kind and helpful. She knew I was traveling alone and placed me in a room close to the front desk for security. And later in the evening, she saw me struggling with the vending machine for a bottle of water and gave me two free bottles from the desk area so I wouldn't have to walk around to a different machine in the dark. So very thoughtful! Also love having Bumsteds as the restaurant!

Train sounds and sirens. While I appreciate the earplugs provided, it doesn't help with the loud noises.

Everything was amazing and the staff was fabulous and awesome. We needed a bottom floor and the front and manager made it happen at no extra cost. We will be staying there again for sure.

There was nothing wrong about this hotel I give it a hundred stars.

the free breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacons, etc was OK but the beds were very comfortable, Directv was great. Nice to have coffee in the room. Great shampoo and conditioner. The front desk lady was really nice. I asked for a room on the first floor with a king size bed and there was none. So she gave me one with two king size beds but did not charge me extra. She said she did not want to put single women on the second floor in the back!! :)

Carpets could be a little cleaner

The pool was very clean. The room was very neat and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in making sure our stay was great! The restaurant connected to the hotel had wonderful food as well. Best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

The room was great and I really appreciated them getting me a room on the ground floor. I am not a morning person so I don't eat breakfast, even if its free, but I did have dinner at the restaurant one night and it was really good and a ton of food.
