This was a beautiful, totally updated and clean hotel, which came very close to being a resort. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed and balcony. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The hotel itself was gorgeous, in a quiet area, with a relaxing pool. The breakfast was also wonderful with omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and a variety of options. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through Arizona.
The only complaint I'd have is that the blanket for the pull out bed didn't appear to be clean, so I wasn't able to use it.

Great experience. After a scary weekend for my family I booked a slightly nicer hotel then usual so we could all relax and to start our week fresh. Check in was VERY easy and fast a lot faster than any hotel I had ever been in. They had cooked to serve breakfast options which my kids loved. The room was nice, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The staff was amazing and kind the entire time.
The beds were a tad firm for my preference but the bedding was great. Loves the towels and amenities too.

Excellent customer service and nice kind staff, food and happy hour was amazing, overall view of the place, Amazing, 10 out of 10😆😆😊😊
The water had to shut off from 10am till 4pm, so we couldn't even flush the toilet during that time and when the water came back up, it was cold. Engineered came and fix it, but delayed our schedule to continue our journey by 2 hours, waiting for hot water to come out, other than that, no issues.

the location was excellent. the wifi was very good. the breakfast was good. the room was clean and good sized for a couple. the pool area was nice area to relax. the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. in fact that was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel.
there was not much not to like. maybe breakfast could have had a few more options like deli meats and cheeses.

It's in a good location in the Catalina Foothills and all of the bars/restaurants around the Encantada. It's technically in walking distance to the Encantada but it's such a busy intersection, I would only drive there. It's directly next to a Fleming's Prime Steakhouse where we walked for dinner one night and it was excellent. Starbuck's and CVS were also both in walking distance. The staff in the hotel was particularly friendly and helpful, especially the woman from NY who worked in the restaurant at breakfast. The complementary breakfast was better than most and had great views of the mountains. We only had the opportunity to go into the pool once and it was nice. The hotel also has happy hour free drinks in the evening around 5:30p so we went there on our last night after we finished working. Everyone who works there was really nice.
We liked that it was a one bedroom suite but it was small in square footage. My only real negative was that I asked for a room with a nice view but they gave us a view of a parking lot, even though the guy at the front desk said the hotel was pretty empty (we were there during the week). Only minor negatives. I would stay there again. It's a good value for the money, especially for anyone who prefers the foothills to downtown or central Tucson.

The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was great and very friendly. Happy hour was great with the best Margaritas ever! The free breakfast was also very good.
The hot and cold water in the shower needs to be regulated. Shower went from extreme hot to cold while showering. Bathroom door was swollen on the bottom from water damage and was difficult to close. The suite area would be more comfortable with an ottoman instead of a glass coffee table.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Juice machine was broken. There was something like banana bread but it had chocolate in it. Yogurt was yoplait, not a good choice IMO. Would like healthier options. Appreciated fresh fruit. Dining room staff very nice. Love the terrace. Bed was comfortable. Overall very comfortable hotel for a woman traveling alone.
Furniture in my room (258) getting a little worn. Bathtub getting rust spots. Seems like it’s time to refresh a little.

Breakfast was exceptional.. Great bacon and eggs.
We were tired our last day in Tucson so we decided we would eat at the hotel restaurant after having some of the ADVERTIZED Happy Hour drinks and snacks. The snacks consisted of bags of potato chips and bowls of mixed nuts that anyone could have been using before us. We were disappointed.

Our stay was amazing!! We had a wonderful time. The staff were very nice and helpful!! The breakfast was pretty good, good veriety to selection from and beautiful views. It's pretty darn quite, some noise here and there but still very quite!! The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and relaxing. Will stay again and again. Thank you for the lovely weekend!!! :)
WARNING: The furniture on our balcony was so hot from the exhaust from the AC venting onto it, it burned my legs and hands when I sat down so maybe they should look into not having metal seats because even with the seat covers it was too hot to enjoy the balcony. Other than that great stay!!
