Had to up grade once we saw what we actually paid for. What we saw on line, was not the room we got. We went to the office to let them know, we weren't happy at all. For xtra money, we could get a better room. Which we did.. we asked for a microwave, when it arrived, omg, what a dirty mess inside. Called the office, they brought another one. Guess you can't believe what u see on line for pictures..

Big and beautifully maintained. Our room was upgraded upon arrival- gorgeous view, clean bathroom, lots of lighting and mirrors and the best bed. Our first nights dinner was one of the best meals we’ve ever had- we loved having the option of an amazing restaurant minutes away from our room. The on site laundry facility was also vital to us as we were on the tail end of our trip.

The portion and taste of the pork belly tortellini differed when we got it on consecutive days, and we noticed Gruyère cheese was substituted for Swiss cheese on one of our breakfast dishes.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and separate from dressing area/makeup area. The ceilings were vaulted on the second floor. The only downside was lugging our luggage up and down the stairs (no elevator). The lobster risotto on the dinner menu was delicious, the breakfast not that good (disappointing the strawberries were past the expiration date, they did replace the strawberries but did not offer anything else for the poor quality. I’d recommend the dinner menu and forget about eating breakfast there.

Breakfast wasn’t fresh and they didn’t offer anything other than only replacing the expired strawberries. Sad.

Beautiful grounds! The place used to be a 9 hole golf club. Lots of green grass, trees & ponds with fountains. Pool was nice & restaurant had a great view of the expansive green belt. They had a dog friendly area with a nice seating area.

Our room was supposedly a “courtyard view.” We actually had NO view. It was room 214, we were in a dark hallway, across from the housekeeping storage room. I complained to the front desk & was told I had to request a room with a view when I booked. Be careful when you book. I was super disappointed with the room. The resort & surrounding views were so beautiful but, we had to leave our room to see it. Felt like a kole hole.

Spa was wonderful. Food was good (except for turkey burger). Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was great - close to everything I wanted to do. Grounds were very pretty and scenic. Loved the texting feature - made it super easy to communicate with staff. Onsite yoga on the weekends. Loved the free, onsite parking.

Menu choices at the onsite restaurant were pretty limited. I wish they served breakfast all day. I had to change rooms because the door/lock on my first room broke. The room they moved me to was much smaller and not nearly as comfortable; there was no view from this room either. :(

Dinner was great at the Willows. Food was fantastic, service was good and quick. Price was nothing more that we would have paid at any other place in Sedona. A few issues with our room, but Phillip the front desk manager took care of it very quickly. Makes you have faith in customer service again.

Room needs some updating, but they are in the process so we will see what it looks like when we come back next summer.....or maybe sooner, who knows.

I really was impressed with the grounds. The large grassy area that had once been a golf course was beautiful and expansive. My two small dogs were able to walk with me anywhere on the course. My schnauzer couldn't believe how big his new, temporary backyard was. We loved it.

The room could use a microwave. We stayed two days and had leftovers from eating out. We brought them back to the room to eat later but then realized we had no way to heat them up.

My friends and I decided to stay at the last minute. We had a nice time hanging out on the comfortable lawn chairs and tables, drinking wine and looking at the beautiful red rock formations. The room was comfortable and a good size and the bed was comfy. Dinner was tasty in the dining room. They were a bit understaffed, so service was not fast- but we weren't in a hurry.

I know it was last minute, but the price was high, especially because it didn't include breakfast.
