I stayed at the The Wilde with my mom this January. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Let us know about local restaurants and things to do. Provided detailed hiking instrutions. The restaurant was equally as great. Bartenders were super friendly - they have a nice bourbon selection, which is nice since we are from Kentucky. The location was incredibly easy to get to everything. Would definately stay here again!

No complaints here! Everything was up to our level of expectation. Sedona received some snow while we were there and the parking lot was always maintained.

Our hotel stay was amazing! We loved everything about this resort! The staff was so nice. The little details of decor throughout the resort were so beautiful! Loved the on site restaurant! Loved the pool and pool bar! Loved the spa! Loved the labyrinth! Loved all the seating areas throughout the property. Our room was perfectly located for us and our bed was so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to go back again! Thank you so much to all the kind staff!

Staff were uniformly very helpful and friendly. The grounds were well-kept, and the common areas had extra touches unique to the property. The pool was not too big, but cozy and posh, with a nice poolside bar and nice seating. Our room had a nice porch and a great view of the hills. The backyard property with fire pits and extra space to relax made us not want to leave, ever.

If you want to be close to the downtown action and walk/shop/dine with no car, choose another property, this one is too far away to walk downtown. That being said, parking was included, and parking downtown was quick, and not that challenging even on the 4th of July weekend.

Room was wonderful and comfortable-spa was great- Lisa and June were the people that took care of me at Spa- - Restaurant was alright - Kacee at front desk was very helpful! Liked that my room was in a quiet corner.

There was no Lyft or Uber working - I had no car so getting to my tours to Uptown got difficult- Kacee and I called various taxis and finally found one person who was working - I wish the Hotel had a shuttle even if it’s 3 times a day so people can go uptown and return

The staff were excellent. We arrived and were given water, map of property, tour of room, and help getting situated. The room was very large and had a nice gas fire place. Excellent walk out deck with great Grove out back with games, fire pits, quick walk to pool, hot tub, bar pool, spa, etc. We did not try the restaurant but it looked good. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed this property and the staff working there. We were charged a resort fee, but felt you got a lot for the fee. Nice pool are with excellent bar service, use of spa extras even without spa treatment. Very nicely done.

The room was clean and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable and we loved overlooking the courtyard. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated. After a day of hiking it was nice to enjoy the spa lounge and steam room. At night, we enjoyed the firepits in the court yard and on the rooftop! The pool is cozy and had great poolside service.

I can only come up with a couple of items we did not like. The spa, pool side services, and the restaurant closed too early. Everything you do in Sedona is going to be expensive. It would have been nice to come back to the resort and have a reasonably priced spa service. The prices for spa services were too high.

The views and staff were amazing. Rooms were very spacious with large bathrooms which was ideal for a group of girls.

The drinks and food at the pool were very overpriced. I ordered a Rose poolside and the pour was clearly less than 5oz and the Rose was $15 plus a tip. We also were not impressed with the $16 chips & small cup of guac and salsa. For that price, we expected at least a shareable bowl of guac.

it was clean and the staff were amazing, specially Dipi & Anthony, they are very intelligent and knows a lot of Sedona Gems… if you are looking for a getaway and improve inner self energy ask for them and they will enlighten you with a lot of information. the resort is very clean and it was a great experience.

the connecting doors in some of the rooms and they need more insulation to prevent the sound between room.

Great resort and location. The food at Rascal restaurant was amazing! They have live music on weekend evenings that created a nice atmosphere. I didn't get the chance to use the pool or spa, but I'm sure those were great too. The rooms are very spacious, and clean. The king room has a balcony that overlooks red rocks and the beautiful resort gardens and labyrinth. One of the best stays I've had, and I hope to visit again.

The internet was a bit slow, which is a minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff. It is very good value for money - can see they have been improving things. It has a good range of facilities and activity programs

The 'new' areas are clean and lovelly some of the older element just look a bit tired eg the recovery are of spa mat on floor was very worn and outside are the layout is good it just needs some cleaning at the corners etc
