It was a charming hotel. It was clean. The pool looked inviting! The staff was friendly& personable. I loved that you could enjoy the complimentary breakfast poolside! I stayed by myself, but I came to Sedona to meet with family and spend the day together. Relaxing in my room that had 2queens and a futon after a a fun and adventurous wine tasting tour of 4 vineyards was a perfect place for my family to unwind for several hours and recharge. Thank you!

I am not fond of the white bulbs/lighting throughout. For the bathroom and vanity that is great, but by the bed seemed too hard on the eyes, and I would prefer a warmer option. The fire pit was broken, which is not a deal breaker, but it was a feature we were expecting and excited to use when booking. Despite these comments, I would still choose to stay here again because it was a clean and comfortable and charming place to stay.

The property is really nice with lots of outdoor tables and nice landscaping. The beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for the West trailheads like Boynton Canyon. There was a mini fridge and the room was spacious.

The hotel seemed kind of old and a little dirty and run-down in certain ways: stains on some sheets, stains on the walls and ceilings, tile work in the bathroom was gross. It was also a little noisy: you can hear through the walls a bit and the AC unit in the room was very loud, kicking on and off through the night.

Great room with good facilities and a lovely spa bath. Great pool area with plentiful shade. Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledeable. Very good breakfast - plentiful with lots of options. We would definitely stay again

The check was carried out remotely (stood infront of a screen with a webcam) and was a little weird and impersonal (although there was a member of staff at the reception desk who was great) - seemed a little unnecessary. Patio area was not well maintained and could have had better privacy screening.

Great pool, fire pit, and the breakfast options were great. The shower pressure was great and the beds were comfy.

The bathroom could use some cleaning in the tub area, and the AC in the room could use some work, as the room was so humid that there was some mold by the AC. Although the check in process was original, one of the room keys didn’t even work. Ema was very friendly, but a live person is more welcoming, especially when most people are coming long distances to the destination.

Spacious & clean rooms, good furniture, not showing the signs of wear, big TV screen, amenities, lots of storage spots. Beautiful outdoor seating around the pit fire and the pool. I think all outdoor furniture is new as well.

Constant noise from refrigerator. Small space for breakfast, not enough seating for the amount of guests. Although after waiting for about 10 minutes, we got a table. Empty conditioner and soap dispenser in the room. I prefer individual toiletry sets with soap, shampoo & conditioner. This hotel only has dispensers that are attached to the wall and some were not filled.

Staff was really nice and friendly. The bedroom was clean and the beds comfy. They have many options for breakfast and you can even have it next to the pool. There’s plenty space for parking and you don’t have to walk more than a few steps to your room. The pool and the fireplace is nice and clean.

The ice machine was a bit far from the room. Nothing too important tho!

Room very attractive as was the whole facility. Desk staff went out of her way to make us welcome, let us into room early, offered breakfast day we arrived.

A little further from town than what we thought and there was a lot of traffic, but it is a tourist destination so that's to be expected. Travel time to the center of town only 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were so wonderful, and we were even able to visit the hot tub at their sister property next door. I was able to do laundry there and have a great complimentary breakfast. We happily extended our stay an extra day before heading to our next location.

Aside from the price, everything was perfect! I understand why its pricey though, its a great location, and everything about the place is quality

I loved the location, many amazing things close to the hotel, how nice and attentive the staff was, the property was clean and cozy, I feel it was a great value for the cost. I traveled alone and I feel very safe at all times, which ia very inportant for me.

I was in a second floor, never saw an elevator and my bag was heavy. If there could be an elevator or something to facilitate having to carry heavy luggage to thr second floor it would be great!

location and ambience were wonderful. we especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and chatting with folks from all over the states

they had no decaf coffee, which 2 out of 3 of us wanted, and they didn’t clean the waste bins around the pool area each night so the empty food containers sat on top for two days. yuck.
