Perfect stay! wouldn’t change anything. peaceful, clean, amazing customer service. grounds are gorgeous. easy to park, close to Sedona popular places, highly recommend! no complaints. if you found this review, just book it!

The location was great. Close enough to center of shops and restaurants but far enough away to be relaxing. The outdoor area had hanging swings and lots of ambience with trees and gazebo and lights at night. The manager was very hospitable and was on duty during our stay. The only staff we met was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Parking on site was easy to maneuver. Main shopping areas were only 4 miles away.

The room was just that...a room. It was clean but very small. There was no seating area only the bed to sit on. The mattress was too firm for my wife and I but may have been okay for others. The outside area was beautiful but mosquitoes made it difficult to enjoy it. I was given a bug zapper when I informed them of this issue. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker but no table except to go outside on the patio. The water feature shown on website has not been working for quite a while and would have been nice to have. We didn't realize that there were units above us and that was an issue in the evening with noise from above. There were no vending or ice machines on site.

I could not recommend this place more. It’s charming and so perfectly located. It’s so close to uptown but more importantly, for me, it’s super close to any of the hikes. It’s very conveniently located. In addition, the staff are quite exceptional and know the area of Sedona like the back of their hand. Their recommendations were incredible. It’s such a cute feel without it being an Airbnb or the loud vibes of a chain hotel. So much thought and care was put into this inn, and you could absolutely tell.

Our stay at the Lantern Light Inn was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and charming outdoor spaces that exude peace and tranquility. Every little detail is thoughtfully designed, making it clear that the owners genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The lady who checked us in was over the top sweet and personable easily one of the friendliest interactions we’ve ever had at a hotel! She made us feel like old friends and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her warmth set the tone for our entire visit, and it’s clear the staff here genuinely loves what they do. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and full of character, with unique touches that made it feel special and unlike any chain hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soft lighting created a soothing atmosphere after a day of exploring Sedona’s breathtaking scenery. The location of the inn is perfect tucked away in a peaceful corner yet close enough to all the incredible hiking trails, shops, and restaurants Sedona has to offer. We loved starting our mornings with coffee in the serene courtyard and ending our evenings under the stars. The Lantern Light Inn is a true gem, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff makes it shine even brighter. We can’t wait to return and experience its magic all over again. We arrived at night and didn't get a good look at the location til morning. It was right off a busy road which concerned us but the property itself made up for it. The property, set back from the road was unusual and creatively put together with lots of garden area seating in a middle courtyard area to read . It seemed relaxing however we were just there overnight so cannot really say. We ran into the owner in the parking lot who was a lovely man who was very accomodating and helpful in guiding us to restaurants in the area given the lateness of our arrival. Would stay again!

Owner greeted me at front desk for check in, provided excellent recommendations for my stay based on my preferences. I really appreciated the ability to communicate at any time with any concerns or issues, if I had any. My favorite part was how peaceful, quiet and calm the stay and room were. There were ample quiet spaces throughout property to relax with privacy, however, I recommend mosquito repellent in evening hours. I stayed in the Queen room which is smallest of all, but as a solo traveler it was perfect for my needs, space did not feel small-was quaint, and bed was comfortable. (This unit has its own private patio spacious seating area with fire pit) A/C was ultra quiet and also had use of ceiling fan. The bathroom was spacious, plenty of towels, excellent water pressure, and heated air if you want it. Keurig coffee maker with good quality coffee, water in refrigerator, teas, and even ice cubes in freezer. Variety of entertainment on TV. I loved that it felt secure, best sleep, ample parking accessible. Despite being in west Sedona, breakfast place was walking across the street, and close to shopping, other restaurants too. Owner is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The place is quiet and relaxing. Very cozy and feels like you're in your own bedroom. We booked a queen size bed with enough space for 2 adults. It's literally a bedroom and not the usual hotel room. There's a lot of restaurants and supermarket in the area. We didnt get to use the patio because it was raining. I would recommend this place if youre looking for a quiet place to stay. I would stay here again.

There are some faded red stains on the towels and beddings in the room, it looks like red wine stain or juice stain, but it's all good. The room is still clean and the linens are freshly washed.

Beautiful hotel! The scenery was gorgeous. We got the king size bed and it was comfy! Quiet hotel centrally located to many restaurants without being in the high traffic areas. Room had a microwave and mini fridge Would definitely stay here again.

No lobby coffee service in the morning. The lobby wasn't even open in the morning. So your stuck with weak hotel room coffee. Next time I'll bring my own coffee and pour over spout.

This is such a Hidden Gem! It is such a beautiful, romantic, and very well created and decorated place. The pictures, which are accurate, still don't do the place justice. The furniture is of excellent standard, unique pieces, the outdoor area is simply great and has such beautiful and serene water features and lighting. Each room is unique and they all have such charm and confort, I saw several of them. The owner and the staff team were excellent - very accomodating and generous and communicative, helpful and kind. I will definitely be back!!
