November 2023

The room included a mini fridge, a microwave, an iron, spa robes, water bottles and snack bars. We had everything we needed, and the place was small and cozy. The garden is small but has barbecues, a fountain, and a spa. It is nice to go through there before getting to the parking lot. The communication with the manager was great. There is no manager on site, but we had no problem getting in with the door code. There was always room in the parking lot.

A shorter door could would be easier to remember. Make sure you provide your cell phone number when booking, because the door code will be sent by text.

The size of this room was incredible. It also offered a bath robe and extra towels, which was perfect, as I made use of the outdoor hot tub. The large bathroom sink helped me organize my things and prepare for my day. The coffee maker was a special treat, as was the in-room control for the room temperature, plus a ceiling fan. The distance to all the restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and especially phenomenal hiking places made this hotel an easy pick to stay over.

On arrival, I had no room number, no pin code, and no way to contact staff as it operates as a virtual hotel. It took me 35 minutes to receive a response after arrival, which made me first feel I needed to quickly try to get a refund. Luckily, I finally received a response via text on Whatsapp from two staff members, and from there onward, everything was easy and simple.

At first it didn’t looks so great in the outside but inaide was completely exceptional.Super clean and looked like a cute little apartment .My spouse and I loved it here and didn’t want to leave,Nice bathrooms and comfy blankets. It was so cozy!

Staff was pretty rude and unwelcoming. They did not refund me my “100” that was promised if nothing was damaged as stated in my email. We left the place extremely clean being that we only used it to sleep and spent the rest of the time away exploring. So kinda unhappy about broken promises.

I just got done backpacking 22 miles. I was tired, needed a shower, and a place to sleep. That's all my expectations were going in. Baby quail inn had the cheapest prices in town, but the space, amenities and quick response after hours for a room last minute goes to show that this is the right establishment for any person needing a dependable hotel stay. The hot tub was an added bonus, much-needed for my aching body. Bed was comfortable and bathroom came with all the toiletries needed, plus a facial mask. Free parking and just minutes away from downtown Sedona. There is much to be said in a place that will take pride in its details. 10/10 would stay here again.

The room was extremely clean. The staff was fantastic. LOVED the shared outside area and felt respected as a medical Marijuana patient to have a space to smoke and truly relax to ease my pains.

Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't work, or the ice machine went to Sedona to hike and mountain bike, so those amenities would of been nice to have since that is part of why I chose Baby Quail Inn. But, all that being said I would definitely stay here again!

I liked how everything was set up to give it a spa feel. The bag with bottled water and snack bags was nice.

The check-in process could be streamlined. I got 3 messages to call the property regarding providing my credit card number for incidentals. It turns out, this was not required. I did need to call to get a door code. I then messaged to ask for the wifi password. This could be streamlined so that the customer doesn't need to make contact to get this info.

I liked the large bathroom. The shower head and water pressure/temperature were great!

I think for being an "automated" hotel meaning no one is on site/no office, the price could have been cheaper. We were lucky and got in touch with a person, but there was a couple who couldn't get into their room after sunset, and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Very clean, welcoming, organized simply beautiful. Lots of extras in the bath room. Best shower!!! Make up mirror, lotions, shampoo and even a face mask. I am an Esthetician so this meant a lot to me. Attention to details! Thank you very much.

There was nothing else I could have possibly asked for! You guys did an amazing job. Location is also fantastic. The front yard and landscaping is wonderful. The place feels like a home!

location, clean and comfortable, good price

no staff on arrival, check-in a bit confusing, have to be sent a code by email but only after I had to phone first to give credit card details (which I already did via Bookings. com). This may not be a problem for visitors from USA but as a foreign visitor it was a hassle as I had to go somewhere to pick up the internet to check emails. No email! Then had to phone owner (very costly from a UK mobile) with card details. Also, too many signs and rules….almost sounds threatening!

it was quaint and cozy.

I loved it. it's an older complex. but quaint homey... I slept so well. very very clean. I tipped your crew. they did an excellent job. it doesn't matter if some of the amenities are not up to date or Uber modern, but it was comfortably clean. some places don't have that feel. I would absolutely stay here again
