Villas of Sedona, a VRI resort

The full kitchen was a bonus as well as having a 1/2 bath on first floor. We had 4 people and it was nice that kids did not have to share a bed because of the extra Murphy bed. The master bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of closet space.

I would point out that the bathrooms could use an updating. The bathrooms were old and could use a remodel, but were still very clean and functional. Also, the dining table was too big for the space, but that that is just a preference.

I liked that it was so close to everything like groceries, food and Starbucks within walking distance. They have n indoor pool that the kids like and a playground. It felt very nice and relaxing. I had good sleep and everything felt clean. They also provide silverware. Pots and pans to cook with and a big refrigerator the kids and adults love the stay!

I didn't like that room39 had some broken stuff the bottom closet was damaged i think thats one of the adults said, the floor had this small wooden thing to enter the dining room and that brook off as soon as i Enter with my suitcase. The restroom on top. When I got out the shower it fell like I was goin to fall through it was broken.

We had a kitchenette so we made breakfast during our stay. Loved that we were away from the touristy area but still close to grocery stores and restaurants. The scenic views around our vrbo were spectacular. Liked that the pools, game rooms, laundry, gift shops were enclosed within our complex, very private.

The bathrooms need some updating, tiles and sinks were somewhat chipped. Would have liked to have one of the bedrooms on first floor versus a sofa bed. The dining room table was a little big for the space and made the space feel cramped.

The location was good. Very near to the middle of everything. Parking was easy. Kitchen was very nice. Very well equipped and we could simply unpack and start enjoying. The bed was comfortable. The loft was really nice!

game room closed at 10 which is normally reasonable. but we needed that to be open late as we often came late to the apartment in the night and completely missed it.

Great accommodations for the price. Great for families, indoor pool, rec room for the kids and out door pools. Starbucks, restaurants and shopping is right next door to facility. short drive to downtown Sedona.

Condos didn’t have any lights on inside or out when we arrived. it was super dark and hard to find in the dark. We arrived around 7pm to 8pm. Not a big deal but would be nice for some lights to be on when you arrive, especially for women traveling alone.

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay right in town. The places I wanted to see were all within a 4-15 min. drive. Minimal encounter with staff, but very friendly and helpful. Pool was right outside my back door.

I wasn't sure where to check in, but asked another guest I saw. Google maps takes you to the clubhouse, but you need to keep driving all the way around the complex almost back to where you came in - then follow signs. A directional sign at the Kallof Rd. entrance would be helpful.

The location was great, the layout of the villa and it’s interior was matched very well. I was surprised to have so much room.

Checking in was interesting because the lady had to do some kind of audit for the day and was about a minute late so that daily business process seemed pretty silly to have it be more important than the guests checking in.

the house we stayed in brought us so much comfort and peace’s: in the kitchen I could make a Christmas dinner, I.e it had everything we needed. the bed upstairs was very comfortable with the attached bedroom with spacious bathroom. the location was great with a grocery store and Starbucks in walking distance.

I wished I had booked a bigger villa because the sofa bed for the children was not comfortable. the matras was not flat and really worn out.

The condo is good value and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Nice selection of cutlery and dishes and towels for the pools/hot tubs. Well thought out.

I wish there were 2 full bathrooms since we were sharing, but there is nothing they can do about that. The half bath worked well except for shower time and we were able to manage that fine.

This place is great for families with children of any age. My toddler slept in a pack n play in our large bedroom. My teen had their own room with a queen bed. My middle child slept on the pull-out sofa bed. All 3 kids enjoyed the pool. The two youngest played in the playground. The two oldest enjoyed the game room. They made themselves meals while my husband and I went out. Win win!

Everything is definitely outdated (but still functional). The carpet is a little thick and hard to vacuum so there’s tons of hair from prior guests stuck all around the perimetry.
