Hampton Inn Sedona

Great place to stay with a nice breakfast and restaurants near by.

At check in the front desk agent said first thing to me we are overbooked for your 2 bed queen room and I can offer you a king room upgrade at no extra charge. This caused confusion because it sounded like my room had been given away. So to avoid confusion for your guests in the future I suggest this kind of conversation start with your room with the 2 queens is ready but if you would like an upgrade at no charge to a king room I can offer that to you. Your choice. The mattress is a bit hard so pillowtop mattresses would help this property.

The location was excellent, lots of great restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The breakfast which was included was good and kept stocked. Spend 6 nights here and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful staff they had. Difficult to pick out just one staff member, when each and everyone one was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We hiked around Sedona for the duration of our stay, and most of the trail heads were close by.

We arrived a bit early and check in was at 3pm. So we had to wait because there was no room available however, they did escalate the cleaning of a room, and pointed us to a place where we could have lunch close by (the food was great) and when we returned they had already checked us in and directed us to our room. We were so happy, since we had been traveling for over 24 hours.

The breakfast was okay one of the days they only served hard boiled eggs and sausage but overall was okay, better then no food at all :)

The elevator was not working, and I think the prices were a little high. Also no BIBLES in their rooms anymore which was sad also the air conditioner did not get as cold as we like it to be in the room , other then those few things it was pretty good!

It was good. Some staff were amazing. Breakfast lady was great, one older female front staff very helpful. Younger man at front desk helpful too.

There was one nasty older front desk person who was rude. No breakfast accommodation for early checkouts.

Breakfast was acceptable. I don't eat warm food for breakfast anyway. The room was very spacious and airy. My wife said she enjoyed this hotel more than the one we stayed in in Sedona, which cost twice as much.

The hotel is advertised as if it is in the village, when in fact there is not much happening within walking distance. All the good restaurants and shopping require driving.

I liked how close it was to the Sedona strip. It was a clean, the front desk young man was very nice. He even had my room changed to the bottom floor because the elevator was broken. I really Enjoyed my stay here.

Location was perfect. Close to Whole Foods-and Bashed. And trails and everywhere. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet.

The bed was very comfortable!!! However it squeaked every time you moved or rolled over. Other than that great sleep

How clean and comfortable and new everything was. How welcome we were made by the lady that checked us in, the hot tub at the pool.

It's a little further from uptown than we expected and the breakfast could be improved. It was a lot more expensive than the type of hotel warranted

easy to get around anywhere in Sedona.

Bathroom has a vintage appearance, needs updating to modernize Hilton style. Water pressure is lower than normal and warm water is not at adequate comfort at this time near to freezing temperature.

The room was clean, nicely appointed, and every person from front desk to room service maids were very friendly and helpful. One evening, I came down late to get a cup of hot water for my hot cocoa and though the hot water machine was put away already, a staff member brought me one from the back room. Little hospitality gestures like that make for memorable stays. Good job Hilton and Hampton Inn, definitely would recommend this hotel.

Elevator was out of service, though not as big a deal as hotel is only 2 levels.
