I have been visiting sedona and staying at villas for the past 3 years , Love the fact that parking lot to my room was very near by , room was nice and clean with extra bedding a washer and dryer , like that their was a walk in shower as well as a tub, kitchen had the basics a toaster coffee pot a blender utensils kitchenwear 2 pans, one pot , silverware, a few tuppers a dish washer plates bowls glass cups coffee cups knives a starter for dish soap dishwasher soap a sponge , I also requested an extra bed and I was greatful to have given one at no extra fee, it has balconies flat screens I mean it's a beautiful place to stay for a couple of days .

I didn't like the pool hours whish they were open earlier it's from 8:30am-10pm , as well behaved adults wished we could stay longer , their is no breakfast served , also majority of the restaurants are closed by 10pm, but their was a taco stand that was their until 2am and the Tacos are delicious in the bashes plaza but in the parking lot of chevron .

Loved all the things we could do at the property, it was a beautiful place. My kids, husband, and I loved the place, it was absolutely perfect. We are a larger family and getting a hotel does not cut it anymore neither is it as nice and private as this place! I'm so excited we found this resort because we come to Sedona pretty frequently this will be the place we choose! (and I am super picky with my places).

That the hot tub is close to the place we stayed was broken and there was some caution tape but it was not to keep people out, we were careful but it would have been nice for that to be cleaned out of the broken plastic and fixed. But that would not keep me from staying here again, it was so minor due to my husband and my due diligence for our kid's safety.

The place was in a good location with fairly easy access to some trails. The residence was clean when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.

The TVs are older and not smart TVs. Fortunately I brought my smart plug in. Calling the place a "resort" is a bit of an oversell. There was no daily cleaning service for the room as I would expect for the price.

The hotel is well situated in West Sedona and near some good restaurants. It is slightly off the Main Street so it is really quiet at night. The air conditioning works really well. The pool is clean and a very nice temperature. The pillows were not that comfortable and the place is a bit dated but it is really clean and a great place to stay.

Pillows could be more comfortable.

The resort was nice, it had swimming pools, jacuzzi & a games room. It had information night's re the Grand Canyon & stargazing.

The studio was a lot smaller than expected & the mattress on the sofa bed had springs coming out of it. We asked for a new mattress & were given a mattress cover, so we had to rent the adjoining property for a few nights (which was the same price but slept 6) just to have a decent night's sleep & a bit of space.

Good value in a town with ridiculously expensive hotels. Welcoming, friendly staff. Good location--just off the main road but on a calmer side street: Walkable to some good, casual restaurants and coffee shops. I really appreciated that the kitchen area had a full sized refrigerator, microwave and single burner cooktop. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish it had a mountain view, but that's what jacks up the price at the many, basic motels in town. I also wish they thought about the small things that make a place really functional-- backs on the bar stools, tv screen at eye level rather than one that you have to tilt your head back to watch, bathroom towel bars near the sink. Those details make a place more comfortable for a longer stay.

nice. location. clean. the lady at the front desk did a good job getting my wife into our room early. much appreciated our guest’s room was not ready at 4pm when we returned from a Pink Jeep tour.

I didn’t like the 4 pm check in. power was out the next morning. not the resorts fault, but still inconvenient.

No breakfast when we there

When we booked on line there was a section that asked us when we would like to check in, we stated 3pm. Rooms were not ready til 4:15pm. We had a small baby with us and would have like to checked in earlier or the 4pm check in time. The female clerk was sarcastic during a couple of interactions at the front desk.

We really appreciated the humor of the receptionist as well as his engagement to check us in earlier. The whirlpool is a treat. Addtionally, we valued the kitchen equipment, which granted a proper preparation of our dinner and breakfast. Sitting at the little porch is a comfortable spot to digest the experiences of the day.

We would have prederred two queensize beds.

Everything we needed, great to have a pool and jacuzzi nearby. Especially liked the proximity to restaurants and many hiking trails.

Walls are definitely thin, glad the family with young kids didn't move in upstairs until our last night.
