In all honesty, I would say never judge a book by the cover. When you roll up on the hotel, the exterior has the "old motel" vibe. However when you open the door to your room...wow. Mostly updated and almost retro vibe. A vintage style refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers. The shower was a walk-in style shower with great water pressure. If you're in Sedona and don't want to pay the over the top Sedona prices, book a room at the Dreamcatcher

I think the only thing I experienced that could have been better was my visit to the ice machine. For whatever reason, it wasn't working or was in between ice making cycles. Other than that everything else was great

The Dreamcatcher Inn is worth staying at! The room is clean and the beds, comfortable. I'd honestly forgotten what the room had when I'd booked it, by the time we'd arrived and was very pleasantly surprised! The kitchenette has everything you need, and it was really nice to have a shower that you could just step into (no tub lip). Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Sometimes it was noisy on the stairs as people would pass by, but that is hardly the Inn's fault! No complaints!

Everything was perfect, it was in a great spot, for a great price, everything was clean and cozy. The room was beautiful and the view was too, it was perfect for our 2 night stay and really close to some great restaurants and within walking distance from some of the best crepes and country fries steak ive ever eaten. It's right next to a gas station which was very fortunate and I would definitely return for another stay.

The parking situation is a little tedious if you park to the left of the front of the building, between it and the office area, but otherwise it was great. A water fountain somewhere would be pretty nice as well, but overall an amazing stay

It was close to all the shops and food. The room had a nice couch which was great to have after all the walking we did. The back balcony had a very view.

On the main street which was too busy with lots or traffic and hard to get out if you wanted to turn left. But that is everywhere in Sedona. The staff was nice but the had carpet and having work as housekeeper in my youth I find all carpet disgusting. Always bring sandals when traveling.

We really liked this motel. The rooms are spacios nice and clean. There's a smart tv, netflix youtube all of it, which was great. Location is also great it's not at the really crowded touristy place which I liked it. There are nice cafe shops around and close to great hiking spots. The receptionist was also amazing! She helped us a lot and recommended some unique places.

there is no daily housekeeping. It's every third day. was not the best thing.

On our way up from PHX, we received a text inquiring about our arrival time. They were checking in to see if we needed them to accommodate a check-in time after their business hours; super considerate. We did not. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly young lady who was more than helpful. When we realized that we didn't have a view of the mountains, she found another room that had one without any reluctance. Our entire room was clean & beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the fridge & microwave in the room since the town of Sedona seems to go to sleep after 9 pm & the only places that are open are the corner stores & an expensive steak house. The markets, pharmacy stores (Walgreeens, CVS) and restaurants were all closed or closing at 9:00 pm. FYI- If you arrive after dark, their sign is not lit up so pay close attention, we passed it once coming back from our late, expensive dinner ;) We would definitely stay here again. We purposely reserved this room to sleep & depart in the am for a 5 am hike. The room served it's purpose & exceeded expectations. Thanks White House Inn!!

Though not a lot to look at from outside, these were nice inside, especially the Kitchenette that I booked for my kids since they needed two beds. Their unit was cute, with a retro mini fridge and all the appliances you would need for a longer stay. Unfortunately, we were only there one night. We got in late and left for a tour first thing the next morning.

Breakfast would have been nice although there is obviously no room in the office area since it's tiny. My husband also complained that our bed wasn't comfortable. It was pretty soft.

The view of the mountain was beautiful and the back patio is nice. The front desk was flexible with me when I asked for the bottom floor.

It took a little while for anyone to show up when I was checking in at the lobby. The front desk person was professional, apologized, and already had everything ready to go when they got there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pet friendly, and it was a quiet location, despite being right off the main road. It was really easy to go into town or get to many hiking trails. There was always parking available, but it's a smaller lot, so that may be an issue in the busy season (or it may not). I would definitely return here on my next trip to Sedona.
