The value was good and the owner was helpful in relocating us when our key didn't work in the original room. Overall the location was good being close to attractions.

The office works on hours and has a note for you to call if you need something. That causes a major problem when it comes to the "complimentary" breakfast. We were getting to set to leave at 7 on a Sunday morning and the office didn't open until 8. So no breakfast, we had to stop on route.

Beds comfortable, room was nice. Room was clean, and towels and wash cloth clean and white. Liked the black wash cloth for washing face.

They never came and gave us clean towels, or getting our trash. If we wanted to throw our own trash away we couldn’t the outside trash can was so full. Shame it was a nice place, but need to give more attention to giving fresh towels and trash pick up.

Stayed for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Checking in, was very friendly. Entered the room and it smelled clean which I appreciate very much! Everything looked nice and tidy. Staff accommodated a small request we had in the evening and brought it to our room and was very nice about it. Liked the natural look outside the the room window. We were just really pleased and happy with our stay here, have already recommended to several friends and family members, we will be back too! Thank you for everything..

We wanted a quiet relaxing getaway, and the room we had was perfect. It was the end room with the balcony, and the jacuzzi was placed so you could be in it and watch tv. It had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and everything that was needed. I believe there was breakfast but we didn't eat there. Everybody that worked there was very nice. The pool was extremely clean.

This is not the motel's fault - I think they are operating short-staffed, so you have to call when you get there, but he immediately comes to the office. Even being short-staffed, everything was good.

That when there was an issue or a need the property management and staff were very attentive to the need and repair. I also liked that this property was near everywhere we wanted to go in Eureka Springs.

It was a little run down and no breakfast on the property, not during the week at least. The office was supposed to open at 8 according to the door, but it was locked down when I went for coffee. I didn’t like the fact that when having an adjoined room, one of the rooms was updated and the other one was not, that just didn’t make sense to me.

The room was well arranged. We got a good coffee in the room. Only Saturday & Sunday they are providing breakfast. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and they helped us a lot. Thank you

The staff was very nice and respectful. I noticed the owner himself doing nightly walks around the property to make sure it was clear of anyone with bad intentions. It was a great experience and absolutely worth the considerable fair pricing!! Will absolutely be our “Go-to” whenever we are in Eureka Sprimgs in the future!!!

The location is perfectly situated only just over a mile from Christ of the Ozark and Onyx Cave, as well as the main strip. Friendly staff constantly circulating to clean grounds as well. Room was comfortable and lovely. If I come back through the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was HUGE! Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space to relax and have room for our belongings. It was clean throughout.

The wind was pretty fierce the next morning and it was blowing the little patio furniture around on or deck/balcony. It kept slamming into the wall outside and was extremely loud.

It was a good location, right on the highway, as you are driving into Eureka Springs. It was easy check-in, friendly staff. The housekeeping was very nice. One of the housekeeping I met his name was Thomas. He was very nice. It was very clean and had all the amenities I needed in the room.

There was nothing I didn't like.
