Guest Inn & Suites - Midtown Medical Center

We liked the beds, and the flooring, and the staff. The breakfast was pretty nice. The snacks were convenient.

Had to ask for a shower curtain, the parking is in the back and the only way in or out is the front. It rained our visit and parking and walking on wet sloped pavement all the way around the building to enter the front was unexpected and less then fun in rain.

If you need to be close to the hospital which I did , this is the place to be . Also lots of shops close to walk in 5 mins . All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing really, breakfast could maybe be better , but I'm not really a breakfast person, probably normal enough breakfast I'm guessing.

The staff were friendly. My bed was comfortable, I enjoyed the very hot shower and the cleanliness of the room. (There are some fine details that could be ateended to.) I especially liked having shampoo, conditioner and soap on the wall of the shower. I wish all hotels had that. All in all, it was a great stay.

I would have liked some protein for breakfast. I wish there was and outlet to plug my phone in closer to the bed.

Location was great. Not a lot of traffic coming through so very quiet. The rooms had nice thick blackout curtains which kept the room cool, quiet, and dark

I received an email before we left informing us there would be no breakfast or services. That information was wrong

I love the staff and Manger they alway said hello and make sure you have everything you need ❤️ I would stay there every time I come back to Arkansas and I love they have some body there 24 /7 and they always keep the place clean and the rooms ❤️

This is an older hotel, however, the staff appear to work hard to maintain its cleanliness!! The beds were comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful esp. the lady working the breakfast bar!! AND the breakfast was better than the hotels we stayed at the past few days!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were so impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms Shinitia Jackson was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you very much.

They need more handicap parking and those who are not handicapped should be considerate and park appropriately.

The was so comfortable. we enjoyed the Lobby a lot. The rooms were big and so nice. the Kitchenetten was bonus traveling with two toddlers. The best breakfast we had on our trip for 11 days.

There was nothing we didn’t really like. there could be more parking at the front of the property.

The welcoming , friendly staff set about to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were greeted by Hostess Shinitia Jackson who went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing . The staff was excellent and showed us every hospitality. Couldn't ask for clearer rooms or nicer staff.

I would give everything about this motel a 5 star

Breakfast was very nice. The room was nice.

The daily cleaning mostly involved only fresh towels, and trash dumping. No attention to bed or floor. Also upon check-out the clerk didn't really acknowledge me or say 'how was your stay' like most locations would do. Also, she printed out the wrong bill for someone else's room, and I informed her it wasn't my bill. Had she addressed me by name, she would have known that in advance. My 2nd stay there, but all else was fine.
