I had actually booked another hotel, but it was a bad choice. We left and came to this hotel. I believe the person working was Cameron. I explained what happened and he got us set up with a room and gave us a discount. He made us feel so welcomed. Then the next morning we were looking at the brochures and a very nice lady came over and gave us some information on the trolley to get to Dollywood. I think her name was Queen. She also got us set up with a membership. We will most definitely be coming back!! Thank y’all so much!!

The front desk guys were great Jalen and the guy he was training are very social and caring they need more people like y’all. Also got to meet late shift Mrs. Brenda you are a breath of fresh air, my child never talks to someone he does not know, and he warmed right up to you and smiled and talked like you knew each other for years!! Wow west Memphis ar you guys have a set of kind front desk staff!!! Rarely see this any more!! Will be coming back! Thanks Jalen and Brenda

Staff and breakfast

New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.

Traffic noise from the interstate but we were tired so didn't mind

The breakfast was ok--nothing out of the ordinary--but we did have warm cinnamon rolls which was a treat--most other locations have had room temperature muffins of some variety with no way to warm them up. The hotel was easy to locate, however being as near to I40 as it was we should have requested our room to be on the side of the hotel that was away from the traffic. Additionally there seemed to be fireworks in the area which were apparently visible from the back side of the hotel--that would have been a plus.

Mentioned in the first part of this. Noisy location. The insulation was not sufficient to deaden the highway noise.

Clean rooms, nice decor, friendly staff, great breakfast

Right next to the interstate so constant noise of vehicles while trying to sleep. Sound proofing rooms should have been part of the design with it so close to interstate but nothing you can do about it now.

Breakfast was very good, the biscuits and gravy, pancakes and eggs. The bed was very comfortable. Kinda noisy with doors slamming the whole time but otherwise, it was a nice stay.

I liked the location…however, our room was on the side near the freeway. I just wish there was a noise barrier wall up to cut down on the noise from the freeway. The room was good and the mattress was wonderful. We were very comfortable. Thank you.

Just the noise from the freeway which I know is beyond your control. Also, the weekend price was pricey.

Channing was great when we checked in.....we were way early and she said a room wouldn't be available for a couple hours. While we were sitting in our car talking about how we could kill a couple hours, she came running out to tell us there was a clean room available. She got a checked in and gave us a lay of the land, things to do, how to get there, etc. The facility was clean, room was great, bed was great.

Breakfast was a little skimpy and someone needed to keep it stocked and clean.

The breakfast was okay, and I couldn't find a parking spot so I had to make one and was scared I would wake up and my vehicle be towed beside that everything was excellent....

Parking definitely needs more space
