This is a superb hotel. The location feels a bit rundown and there's not too much close by, but the trolley runs straight to downtown and is a bonus. While the location is a bit shabby (but we never felt threatened, even when out very late) the hotel itself is a real gem. The rooms are quite small, but neat and very clean, the bar is wonderful and the attached restaurant top notch. Best of all, the train pulls up right outside - what a sight.

As I said, the room we had was pretty small, but functional, and, as tourists, we only went back to sleep.

Location, Location, location! Arcade diner was across the street. Could see the Civil Rights museum from our room window. Beale St. was in a few easy walking blocks. The parking was on its own level away from the street and any neighboring buildings with round the click security patrol. The vibe and ambience was soooooo laid back and relaxing we felt right at home. Especially with the wonderful desk staff Kayla and Ellis. So professional and going above and beyond with caring hospitality. Restaurant Bishop in the hotel as well. The decor was impeccable as well.

Wasn't impressed with the food at Bishop but loved the decor and French vintage music. For being French food, it was not decedent but bland.

How the hotel treats the station, that it is giving off of, like a scab. no connection to the actual station, thinking Denver Union Station. You can see how it treats train travelers as second class to their hotels vibe. It was sad.

This hotel has such a great vibe that plays off the railroad history and the music history of the location. They did a great job with the space and decor. it feels modern and retro at the same time. Guests feel like they’ve been invited into something special and long-standing, artistic, historical. comfortable & well-appointed.

The street level on Main Street needs more signage to help guests find the main lobby. It would be helpful to have signs inside the elevator about where to find the lobby, the lounge, the listening room, the fitness center, the restaurant, etc.

Great location in an up and coming area of downtown. The hotel is a fantastic adaptive reuse of a historic railway station and extremely well done. The bar scene was very nice and the music (by DJ) was very good.

The AC was extremely loud at night when it came on periodically. I'm not sure if it was just our room or if all rooms experienced the same problems. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was pretty low; however, we informed the front desk and they resolved very quickly.

The location was awesome, and the decor was amazing. The room was clean and the piped in music was a "nice to have".

The only concern we had was we were given incorrect information on the hours that the tram ran to Beale Street and it would've been nice if there were a breakfast option. Also the air conditioning was CRANKED in the lounge on the night that we arrived. It was totally uncomfortable.

The atmosphere was so cool. The staff were amazing, and the room was clean.

The bed pillows were a bit flat and hard. The ac didn't keep up too well, but otherwise, an awesome experience!

The location was ideal for Beale Street, The vibe was really nice walking in and the art throughout the property was really neat. The lounge area was a whole vibe in itself, loved the lighting throughout the hotel.

Adjusting the temperature to make it comfortable in the room, it was hot! The lighting in the rooms were a little dark besides the bathroom it wasn’t much kind of hard to get ready and see what your doing. Beds were ok.

Beautiful renovation with so many options for food/drink within walking distance. loved the parking option as well. bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Price point is a little bit more than what we got. Service was also not that great. Most we encountered were indifferent and flat with no hint of friendliness. they seemed annoyed by us.

Everything about this place is a treat. Super cool, great decor and very stylish. Fantastic bar and restaurant. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized and well designed rooms. Easy access and plenty of parking. Very safe and secure. Perfect Memphis hotel.

All good in the hood
