Great location for walking into the city centre and the riverfront; 100m from the Civil Rights Museum. Very comfortable and charming lounge, with a bar, coffee, pastries, wifi, sofas, armchairs. Bedroom was a lovely design, and large (Bigger Studio). The streetcar stop is literally outside the front door ($2 for a full day pass). The coffee / pastries bar is delightful (good for breakfast also) although some healthier, non-pastry options would be helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.

A bit noisy at night, mainly Saturday night, when the locals come out to play. The hotel is located on Main Street, which is not massively busy, but does have some traffic. The streetcar does not run overnight, which helps. The air con unit in the bedroom is very noisy, and runs all night (assuming you want to stay cool!). The fire station is directly opposite the hotel, which can be an issue if they get called out during the night (happened to us once in 3 nights ). In the end, you’re in a city, and there’s going to be some noise. It’s also quite expensive.

Very funky designed room. The building was formerly a factory built in 1913. The renovation is impressive but still has elements of an antique feel. Great use of small spaces. Unique fixtures and artwork designed by students.

Valet parking was less than ideal. Because a trolley stop is directly in front of the hotel, you have to park on a side street and walk around to the hotel for valet services. That also means that you cannot unload your luggage directly in front of the hotel. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great tourist's spots and restaurants. However, I did not feel comfortable walking to those locations in the evening. The hotel is located on the edge of a very urban area that is being revitalized. When we arrived, there were some with housing insecurity present. But again, the building is beautiful. I just wish it would have been located maybe a block further into downtown.

The location could not have been better. It was a quiet area, and I felt safe walking with my partner at night. We rarely used our car — easy walking distance to Beale Street, Big River Crossing, and Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken. The room was gorgeous and well-designed; the bed was comfy; we slept like babies and dined like queens. And they had GREAT books in the room for reading about Memphis!

The valet parking was unnecessary — the cars are kept in an unsecured lot, so I could have parked for free down the street myself and didn’t really understand that. However, the hotel valets were wonderful.

Location excellent with some great nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. Close... but not too close... to Beale St. Room (bigger studio) was superb, modern, clean, bright, quality furnishings, good linens-- I loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back when I'm in Memphis.

Man I miss in-room coffee. But whatever there's a coffee shop downstairs and they'll deliver to your room. Still.... Also hustle up and open that beautiful lobby bar! At the moment it's a giant laptop work area with a bunch of liquor you can't have.

This was a beautiful excellently appointed hotel room with very unusual features and all done to match. Even the key card matched the wallpaper! The room was comfortable and light and lovely bathroom. The location was great and opposite the Civil Rights Museum and also the Blues Museum was almost next door. It was ony about a 10-15 minute walk to Beale Street. There was a bakery on site with lovely bakes.and coffee. The staff were very helpful too.

Came to discover on our trip that hotels in US cities are quite expensive and most charge for parking but this was a beautiful hotel and close to everythig we wanted to see so worth the extra and easy to find. There was no breakfast included but there was a bakery on site and we bought a nice breakfast through them.

one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! everything about the hotel, from the staff, to the amazing bakery and coffee shop, to the restaurant downstairs with the shuffleboard and great foods was just perfect. the neighborhood was a welcome relief from the mess of downtown. the room decor looked like many similar hipster hotels but was much high quality with real marble in the bathrooms and cozy bedding. already looked to see other “arrive” locations I could visit.

I wish they had suites. four of us fit in the room with 2 beds but we would have loved something a little bigger.

Arrive has a coffee house in the ground floor that serves pastries and good coffee - perfect for a light breakfast. There is nothing better for waking up than a fine cup of coffee and just the right amount of chaotic living room life the lobby of the hotel supports. An occasional family, couples, single people with dogs - it all mixes beautifully to say: Good Morning! Ready to start the day??

Very minor point: the valet service (fully digitized) is a clunky experience - both times I stayed at the Arrive it wasn't seamless (both times the people that got/ parked the car were delightful); the prompts with the QR code don't work all that well, only when you text the phone number can you get what you need - so why even have a QR code? Again: minor issue, but you asked....

When I saw the photos of the hotel, I thought "it must be a cool place", and I'm glad to say my expectations were met 100%. The place is located close to everything and at the same time it is very quiet. The design of the common spaces and rooms makes your stay really special. Of note, I never remember the interior or features of the rooms at standard chain hotels, but I do remember my room at Arrive Memphis because it was fabulous. The breakfast options are very nice, loved that hearty avo toast and oat milk cappuccino. The staff is super friendly and ready to help you with any request. The hotel is dog friendly, so probably it is not the best choice for people who are allergic to dogs. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes around, famous Beale St is about 10min on foot.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. All of the staff, from the welcoming team (also very helpful and quick via text for recommendations and answering questions) to the restaurant staff, were genuinely welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect, and had lots of unique touches and was very comfortable and well designed. The bed was comfortable and I really appreciate a truly dog-friendly hotel! We just found free parking on the street, so didn’t try the valet. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and sat outdoors, and felt very save (covid-wise), and the food was excellent!! As New Yorkers, I didn’t know if I’d love Detroit style pizza but that crispy caramelized cheese on the crust was very good. Cocktails were also very well balanced and unique and very reasonably priced. We had an appetizer, pizza, dessert, and two rounds of cocktails for $85!! Also I perfect location to walk around and check out shops and bars etc. definitely recommend staying here, it was worth the money and we’d absolutely stay here if we visit Memphis again.

The location was excellent! Literally right across the street from the Lorraine Motel. There is a trolley stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room and no access to a microwave in the lobby. Also, when I booked this room on booking.com I made a reservation that had breakfast included. However upon arrival there was no breakfast. This is the second reservation that I’ve made on booking.com that stated there was a breakfast option but were non upon arrival. You all reall y need to address that issue!
