was a nice, clean hotel. liked the breakfast that was offered. liked that it was pretty new hotel.

the surrounding neighborhood that was behind property. not very good location. later read a review that west Memphis/ar was the most unsafe place in state. don’t like that through booking the total showed $146.65 and the amount pending in account is $187.95. asked front desk 2 different times about it and said that $25 was credentials and that I would get it back.. I got emailed receipt and it still wasn’t the $146.65 that booking.com said I would be paying for it. I will be charged $162.95. would like to get it for price that I agreed upon with booking.com.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and quiet. Entire hotel is has a nice appearance to it. Getting in and out was easy.

There really wasn't much not to like. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. The bathroom counters still had leftover soap on them. The shower also appeared as tho it hadn't been fully cleaned prior to our arrival.

Loved the “social” lobby with pool table, hang out space, and yummy breakfast. Design was awesome & modern. Beds were very comfortable & the provided toiletries were great.

They seemed very short-staffed during our stay. Some areas need more attention—bathroom could have been cleaned better and toiletries refilled. Water pressure not the best. Pool was warm but mis-labeled for depth. Not sure how building inspector and health inspector passes that. Hotel is RIGHT off of the freeway and rooms were loud with traffic. No microwave in rooms/no freezer in fridge. Cool concept—needs a little TLC.

I arrived at just before midnight on the day of my reservation. Unfortunately, because of the late hour and for safety reasons, the front desk person - I forget her name - was unable to take cash. She waited, though, for me to deposit the funds onto my debit card and secured my reservation. I found my room to be clean - especially LOVED the pre-filled toiletries...no little, annoying bottles here, folks. Breakfast was VERY satisfy - scrambled eggs, English muffins, sausage links, Canadian bacon, pre-packaged oatmeal and grits, a selection of juices, fresh fruit - apples and bananas - as well as pancakes...basically, if you can't be fulfilled by the options presented to the guests, then you are far too picky to be staying at ANY hotel and should seek someplace where you can cook your own food. This location also had a really comfy seating area in addition to a pool table. The gym facilities are more than adequate for someone wishing to enjoy a quick workout and the pool is happily not over-chlorinated. The best feature of the gym facilities is the water filling station...you can easily place your refillable bottle under the spigot and fill up with cool, clean water to your hearts content. I will DEFINITELY revisit this property!

The ONLY downside to the property is there are no microwaves in your room. Instead, you have to go down to the lobby and use the ONE microwave available for ALL the guests to use. I understand not putting a microwave in each room for safety reasons but do recommend the property have more than one machine.

the lady from that front desk called And asked me to keep it down cause she had some complaints but couldn’t tell me what kind and was rude and didn’t ask just said “Could you keep it down” so other guest has complained about the noise and they can’t sleep and has a child. I thought I should’ve been asked and not sure how they was able to narrow it down but I feel that could’ve been handle better than say “could you keep it down”

Very clean, updated, loved the soap dispensing method. Staff were very nice, my kids loved the pool. Beds were spacious and comfortable. Great price and 10 minutes from downtown Memphis!

They only served cereal and bagels at the breakfast bar but advertised a larger breakfast. When we checked in they said the pool wasn’t available but it was?? The lady at check in had trouble with my card (not her fault) and then we had to use a different card for the second room and they charged me $10 more on my second room. Just goofy stuff. Honestly the hotel and price are awesome, we would stay again.

i liked everything about the hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool was a fair temperature, the daily food was magnificent and the location was quiet and felt really safe. I would just ask that they also add non pork meat options to breakfast.

Spectacular breakfast but the staff didn’t refill the coffee after breakfast ended even though they advertise free coffee/tea 24/7.

The walls are pretty thin. We had unusually loud neighbors but even if they were quieter, I think I’d still hear them.

My stay was second to none. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was organized and clean inside and out. Breakfast HOT, great variety of things to eat. And, it was convienently located across the highway from the casino and less than ten minutes from downtown Memphis/Beale St.

Convenient, breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful. Clean enough. Bed was comfy.

Could have been better attended to. Conditioner empty, hand soap was empty. The shade switch was broken so we could not lower shade. Could have been cleaned better.
