I like the hotel itself. It's actually one of my favorite places to stay. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness.

I didn't really care for the eggs they were a bit runny and potatoes very dry but tasted alright. I didn't like having to wait 11/2 hrs to check in because no clean rooms were available at the 3 o'clock check-in. Our room was not cleaned. We had to ask. Staff came in a changed the linen while we were sitting there but didn't clean the bathroom nor anything else.

The Radisson is newer than some hotels in West Memphis. It was very nice and clean. Loved the walk in shower, bed was comfortable. Staff was GREAT! So helpful in everything we needed. We had 4 couples in our group and they got our 4 room near each other. Hotel offers a shuttle to Biele Street and over to the casino and dog track. That was so convenient and nice not dealing with traffic. Hotel was clean, no carpet in rooms. Love that! All kinds of plugs and USB plugs! That is so nice when you have couple of phones to charge and a c-pap machine to plug in at night, some place don't have anything! Breakfast was pretty good and the area was a nice place to get our group together to sit and visit anytime of the day. And again, like to stress how awesome and so nice the staff was. If we come back to West Memphis, this is the place we will stay. Well worth the money.

We had an issue with our A/C. The room felt stuffy when we first got in the room, we got A/C going and it never really got cool, maintenance came immediately and switched from wall to under the window controls and seemed ok for awhile. But after being gone all evening and coming back it was stuffy and didn't get cool. Called maintenance and they moved us at 10:30 @ night. Our new room was stuffy when we came back in after being gone for evening, someone mentioned they maybe have those smart thermostats and sense people in the room to run. Don't know. But, again, staff was super nice and helpful!! Rooms were very nice, but it would be nice to have dresser to put fold up clothes instead of leaving them in suitcase.

This is our second stay at the Radisson in West Memphis. We like the location, our room, and the staff is always very helpful. We also really like having a restaurant on the premise. After a long day, not having to go out for dinner is great! Their salads are excellent!!

The smart tv could be improved. It was difficult to watch our favorite channels, like Netflix and Prime. We couldn't watch Starz at all. Cast was very frustrating to use.

The breakfast buffet was excellent-the man who made the grits everyday was exceptional! My only real complaint was when we tried to check in our room wasn’t ready and the lady at the front desk hung up on me - twice - when I called to see if our room was ready.

It would be nice if the room doors didn’t slam when they close, if the bathroom door stayed open and there weren’t so many people loitering around outside most of the time.

Clean and modern.

Took almost 1 hour to check in and we were late for the game we planned to attend. Also the van service wouldn't take us 8 min to downtown cause they were lazy. So we had to take a $40 cab less than 10min and that made us more late. Staff seemed lazy! Probably night shift cause no manager on anyone on duty that late. Very disappointing

The room was modern, clean, and smelled like citrus. There was a microwave and mini fridge, desk with wheeled chair, a side chair, a dressing bench, and a floating side table in the main room. The bathroom has an adjustable flow shower head, and plenty of soaps and lotions. The best part ...a TON of outlets with USB plugs and lighting throughout the room. Breakfast was a hot buffet with lots of choices (eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, potato squares, grits, waffles, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread/bagels, coffee, .....). There was a nice gym and pool area, plus a pay snack bar.

Overall, was a great place to stay, no complaints.

I accidentally locked my key in the room as soon as we got in it and the staff was very understanding and issued us another key with no fuss at all. Very Friendly all around and we thought we were being such pests.

We, unfortunately, got stuck right above the mechanical room, we heard a noise that would happen once every few minutes that was very loud. However, when we requested to move the accommodated no problem.

I liked the location, it was very close to anywhere you’d want to go while in Memphis. The hotel was very modern and updated. The breakfast area was impressive, lots of room and good breakfast, way better than any hotel breakfast I’ve had. The rooms were very modern, big smart tv, frig and microwave in the rooms. There was a shuttle service that was very convenient, the shuttle was top notch.

I didn’t like how it was hard to get an Uber/Lyft from the property. The shuttle ran certain times of the day which was nice but you’d have to wait if it wasn’t one of the times listed. I also didn’t like the loud room across from us with children but if they were loud during the night we would have called the front desk.
