Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

We had a great short stay that got cut short as the Sheraton Resort over the road had protestors that have been their at various hours of the day(but more predominantly at night)and the noise became to unbearable so we checked out and went to another property further away from the protests. The staff at LuLu were absolutely amazing in particular Savannah who nothing was a problem for her. We would QUITE DEFINITELY stay again without a problem at all !!!

1. We loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very approachable and kind. 2. We loved the location to disneyland! Only A 10minute walk to the main gates or a speedy uber drive. 3. We loved that from our room on the 6th floor we could see the fireworks at Disneyland at night. We could lay in bed and watch them - it was very cool! 4. We loved the ice machine on our floor and the communal laundry on the base level. It was a great service to have and you could purchase washing powder at the front desk if needed. 5. We loved that our rooms were always VERY clean after house keeping. They smelt great and were spotless. 6. We loved the general location. I hop right next door, 2 Pharmacies a minute down the road and the Anaheim garden walk with restaurants 5 minutes around the corner. 7. The lamp in our room had a charger port for our phones which we found helpful.

It's not a major, but the shower pressure wasn't great. We made do, and utilized the bath as the tap was much faster and better pressure.

Reasonably close to Disneyland and convenient store locations.

Slow check in, to the wrong room. Long haul back to front desk from 8th floor in another building. Kids everywhere soaking wet from the pool, so be careful because the floors are always wet and dangerous. Breakfast isn't included in the price and is more expensive than the IHOP right next door. Parking is a daily added charge of 25USD, when it should come with staying in a hotel. Amenities in bathroom could be expanded. Makeup remover wipes, soap would be nice. They do NOT TURN DOWN YOUR ROOM UNLESS YOU ASK THEM TO. (Seriously?) That was ridiculous. It's a hotel. Turn down is daily. People take showers. Not worth the money. Got placed facing a parking lot after being sent to a one bed room when we booked and paid for a 2 Queen several weeks in advance.

Close to Disneyland, enjoyed our short walking trips, especially liked the restaurants nearby. Air conditioning worked great! The fridge wasn’t working properly so the maintenance man brought a new one quickly. Parking area was awesome.

Vending machine was out the whole week we were there. I would’ve like to have had a complimentary breakfast included in our stay. I had requested extra towels in my room but didn’t receive any. I think the parking fee should be included with your room price & stated as an option when you make your reservation, not when checking in to the hotel.

I originally booked this hotel for the price because I stayed new years weekend and everything else was way overpriced, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how great the hotel was! When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and at the end of check in were offered complimentary vodka cocktails (obviously for those over 21). We stayed in the secondary building next to the main hotel building but felt very safe since you have to scan a room key to get into that building. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and had a mini fridge and microwave! we were only about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland (could be faster depending on walking speed and if you have to wait at crosswalks or not). We were warned when we checked in the the room keys de-magnetized easily and to check back in each night just in case, which honestly I could see being annoying for some people. We ended up getting new room keys once in our 3 nights there (and we may not have even needed them we just didn’t want to have to walk back if we couldn’t get in), but the rest of the stay our keys worked fine. They also had a huge room service menu offering LOTS of different options, but we never around to ordering room service so I can’t really say anything about the food. Would absolutely stay here again!

Literally my only critique is that the pillows were too cushy and you basically had to use all 4 of them to be comfortable which was fine for having one person in each bed, but if we were sharing beds we would have needed to ask for more pillows.

price and location. I also liked that they let us park there for the two full days we were there (starting at 6:30am on check in day and ending at 9pm on checkout day) unlike many other hotels who had time limits on parking.

Location was great,15 minute walk to Disneyland. Near restaurants. Really friendly ,helpful staff.Had a problem and it was seen to immediately. The room was a good size,very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast,but it was available if you chose to have it.

The lever for the bath was broken and the tub plug did not keep the water in the tub.That should have been seen to before we checked in. However as soon as I told the receptionist, it was taken care of...so not a big deal.

Loved the friendly staff and the complimentary cocktail at check in is always fun! The walk to Disney is about 7 minutes so perfect location.

No hot water before we even showered. This isn't our 1st stay with them, but I will say this time we had no hot water our last day at the hotel. We waited forever for the water to warm and it just never did. I thought maybe my husband had the handle in the wrong direction, but no he was correct lol. So usually it's an amazing stay but this time was just slightly less of amazing.

I liked the seamless fast check in. I liked that they offer a vodka based complimentary drink until 2am so i picked one up after my show. They gave me a lot of towels which was nice. My room was convenient to the entrance. It was a quiet area. A lot of pizza options nearby as well as many commercial fast food spots. I loved the layout and the room actually felt clean. There were some scuffs and knicks from previous hotel stayers however the rest looked nice. The TV was a really good size lighting was good. Lots of outlets and USB hub power supplies around the room!

I didn't like the pool tile wallpaper. It offered openness to the room and I understand that it's meant to emulate the pool vibes however it came off tacky and a little cold like the tiles of an actual pool itself. I didn't like the lack of insulation where I was at I can hear walking and bumping out the room. Sometimes my key didn't work outside to get in so I look like a crazy cat swiping to make things work. I didnt like paying for parking, I really think it should ne covered for hotel stayers, but i understand why they charge too! Considering its near Disneyland. All of this is very minor to me. Im just pointing out my opinion on how I felt with the room and stay. This was still a good stay regardless and I thank you!

We loved checking in and getting a free drink and having amazing Ramiro explain the housekeeping and amenities policies. He was awesome! We loved the location, how comfy the bed was, controlling the temperature of our air conditioner, that they use the brand Lather for batthroom necessities, and how clean our room was. And obviously the location too, a ten minute walk from Disneyland, a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Romantic for me and my boyfriend to enjoy.

We didn't like that when we went to the bar to get drinks on the night of our check in, the bartender was missing. We waited for about 20 minutes until we decided to just go get the canned cocktail drinks behind the front desk.
