Full breakfast in morning I with great staff. Location was wonderful.

Towels were of low quality and noises outside, truck bay, woke us up very early in the morning.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The kids and wife were too tired to get up that early. The room is roomy and clean.

There was nothing in the booking that says we had to pay for parking. This should be clearly stated. The mattress is not very comfortable.

Breakfast had good variety. Room was larger than expected and location was close to Disney.

Transient people on the street sleeping and one looked like a potential drug overdose with the paramedics performing CPR.

location to Disney is 5 min walk . pool and gym area was nice . hotel staff friendly and breakfast very good

the room had microwave and fridge but no plates , bowls etc which was disappointing as I had bought some groceries for the room

The rooms and entire hotel were very clean, comfortable, safe, with a great location, and an absolutely amazing front desk staff. We had two adjoining rooms, each had two queen beds, a pull out queen sofa(sectional), a large bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. The pool area was clean, with plenty of pool towels, lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. There was even a nice dining area with two bbq's for guest use. The hotel offers a hot breakfast and a guest laundry facility. ($3.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry) On-site parking is available for $30/day. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the Disneyland/California front gate.

We had 10 people in two adjoining rooms, Housekeeping refused to give us more than 4 bath towels per room. Each time, we had to go to the front desk to request two additional towels. On the days we didn't need our room cleaned, just towels replaced, we were instructed to leave our towels in the hall; on those days, housekeeping didn't leave any towels. On the days housekeeping did come in to clean, they always did a great job. The refrigerator is a mini refrigerator, so it does not hold much or keep things cold quite like a full-size refrigerator does.

The hotel's proximity to Disneyland was a major advantage it was about a 10-minute walk from the park. It made it so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a quick rest or to freshen up before heading back for more fun. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's pool and hot tub area. The pool area was spacious and it was clean and well-maintained. Another highlight was the buffet-style breakfast that was included in the stay. The variety of options available catered to different tastes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The breakfast menu included scrambled eggs, sausages, breakfast potatoes, mixed fruit, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, toast, and a daily rotation of French toast, pancakes, and waffles.

The room size fell slightly short of my expectations. While it was cozy and clean, it felt a bit cramped compared to other hotel rooms I've stayed in at a similar price range. Another area of disappointment was the water pressure in the shower. While the water temperature was fine, the weak water pressure made it challenging to fully enjoy a refreshing shower after a tiring day.

The location was perfect, walking distance to Disneyland and heaps of food options nearby and a handy Walgreens downstairs. The complimentary breakfast was great although there could be more spaces for guests to eat as it gets very busy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Love staying this Hyatt property, always book this when we come to Anaheim!

Some guests woke me up at 11:45pm running and talking loudly down the hallway, but that isn’t the fault of the property at all! It would be good to remind families to return to rooms quietly after a certain time :)

Very excellent breakfast. Good quality eggs and lots of healthy additional choices. Variety of quality tea and coffee. Also fresh fruit each day. Also liked the large couch in the room with ottoman and built in side table. Nice bathroom.

Small room, long and narrow. Kind of like the way the airlines cram in seats. Bathroom door would not stay open so we used the room ottoman to prop it open. Carpet in the hallway was rippled in spots and didn’t seem super clean. Room looked over a street with lots of traffic and was a lock off to another room with a baby that cried a lot.

The staff during breakfast was amazing and tended to our needs. We come very often as we are Disneyland pass holders and enjoy staying at Hyatt house. This stay Margarita made sure we were well taken care of during breakfast going above and beyond with our special egg request. In addition, my husband had to tend to work matter we needed to check out later which was accommodated however we needed additional time. The manager Joey was able to accommodate my husband with the conference room which was awesome.

Parking fees should be included in the stay. Also, the feathers were coming out of the blankets during our stay.

The breakfast is ok.. I wish there was bacon 🥓 available or ham or boiled eggs. Over all great.

Missing pot lid for my room big cooking pot. old washer at the laundromat smells and dirty inside. They should be run in bleach once a while to get rid of odors. The laundromat room is clean and the floor is clean. The toilet float in my room is my working properly. I have to fix it few times, room # 329. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. I am a repeat customer.
