SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Anaheim Resort Area/Convention Center

I liked how it was close to Disneyland and breakfast was provided. I also liked the room was big enough for my family of 7. On the first night my special need son was having a rough night because we forgot his favorite book. I called front desk to apologize for the noise. I don’t recall if I spoke to Jackie or Lana about my situation. A few minutes later I received a call asking if it was ok to send balloons and snacks for my son to see if it would help. I was so happy and thankful because Brian came with Balloons and snacks. My son calmed down after eating cookies and I called back to say a big thanks. This was my first time staying there and they really made my night and my son’s. We are happy and we extended one more night. I would like to recognize housekeeper staff for being friendly and also helpful (please let them know).

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

We loved almost everything about this hotel; we tend to run hot and the AC worked really really well, we stayed nice and cool all night! Staff was friendly, and it was quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice and sheets were soft. The location was great! There is a CVS and Walgreens right downstairs. There are also a few restaurants and quick service food vendors near by. It quick walk to Disney. The room and hotel felt modern and well kept. Area felt safe.

This was our only disappointment…the shower water pressure….it was AWFUL, really really bad. It took us forever to shower and rinse off, like at least twice as long as it would normally take us. We tried to turn the shower head to various settings, but it didn’t help. For water conservation, it would be better to have more water pressure for quicker showers.

Friendly staff. When we checked in we were unsure about our room because there was a wall jutting out by the window which blocked the light and view. The hotel offered us another room which had a better view but we decided to keep our original room as we felt that it would be quieter which it was.

Possibly more seating at breakfast although as soon as tables were vacated they were cleaned ready for use by the next person. Also our daughter used the laundry room and found some of the machines weren’t working properly and that the room wasn’t looking it’s best.

Room and facilities were clean, friendly staff, close proximity to Disney parks.

Bed was uncomfortable, room was stuffy. It was very hard to get comfortable with the temperature. It was either freezing, or stuffy and hot. In addition, the floor we were on also accommodated a HS softball team. Some of which would hang out in the hallway talking, eating. Their talking in the hallways made it a little bit harder to sleep, as we could hear chatter right outside the door. Eating in the hallways made the halls seem messy, and caused a lot of different food smells to travel.

Location is great. Check in was smooth and I was able to check in early. I actually ended up here because my flight was cancelled just after I checked out of the hotel next door. And within minutes of booking I was comfortably in my room here. And then my flight got cancelled again the next day (weather at my destination) so I was able to stay another night and the front desk agent was able to do it in less than two minutes and I was right back in my room. The room was perfect; clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. They have no contact room service that can be ordered from your phone. I wished I had stayed here for my entire trip. Next time I go to Disneyland I will for sure!!

Updated/newish with underground parking. Walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast included

There was a dog on our floor and the hotel did not enforce the pet policy and allowed the owners to continue to violate the policy without evicting them. The dog was left alone all day and barked making mid day rest impossible. I was told the dog would not be allowed to stay the night but it was still barking the next morning when we checked out. My parking was taken care of for the inconvenience.

It was close enough to Disneyland that we walked to and from with 7 people (ages 12 and up). We stayed in the kids suite and had space for everyone! The breakfast was fantastic! Everyone found something they loved! We would totally stay here again!

Walking to and from Disneyland there were several intoxicated homeless individuals outside the CVS next door to the hotel. It made it a little scary to go by at night without my husband.

The room was spacious -more than I expected. The breakfast provided was great and staff was very helpful. I had to order something on amazon and the receptionist said it was an easy process on how to pick up when delivered. Clean and modern - I am considering on returning with my family in the future.

I can't think of anything bad that wouldn't make me comeback. The rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff was great.

I noticed that by 9;30, no additional food was put out for late arrivals especially when breakfast ends by 10:00 AM. Information presented to customers should be the truth and nothing by the truth.

Just like the Apostles in the Bible. Only one betrayed Jesus as such that took my daughter's book and claimed he/she saw nothing. This kind of staff drags down the respect that the entire team earned through excellent customer service.

The family suite was amazing. Plenty of space for the kids and the adults. They really enjoyed the bunk beds, they were comfy. Room overall was spacious. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional, but it was much appreciated as we headed to DL with full tummies. Kids enjoyed the mickey theme waffles. Laundry facilities was a big plus. $2.50USD per load. Around 12 min walk to security check at DL.
