This place was amazing for my family of 5! Everyone had a bed which is hard with teenagers who do not always want to share a bed :)....Everything was clean and the staff was always super accommodating. If you have to have housekeeping every day this is not your place....they only come to bring towels or blankets. The room was a great size and comfortable and the microwave and mini fridge came in handy. Housekeeping only coming at check out was not a big deal we had trash bags with us and llike camping we packed out our trash I am sure they would have come had we called but again it was not a big deal. The location was perfect Starbucks across the street CVS next-door or Walgreens across the street. The walk to the parks totally safe at night well lit and only a 10minwalk if you walk fast. This place was great for our Thanksgiving Holiday to Disney and we will be back.

Didn't like is not the phrase I would use....I would Suggest switching the pull out mattresses for Memory Foam mattress. My daughter could feel the springs and it was noisy when she rolled over :) and with all the new tech in mattress Memory Foam would be nice for all pull out beds.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. We had the family room for 5, and the kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space.

I still haven't received my 50 dollar deposit back, and we stayed over a week ago. I will be calling to find out where my deposit is tomorrow.

We enjoyed the large family room. It could accommodate many family members. The front desk staff were nice and common areas were clean. One thing that impressed me the most was that I needed extra towels and pillows and they were brought to the room within minutes. I have been to other hotels where they either never come or make me come to the office to pickup. That little nugget alone won me over! I also appreciated the front desk person, Alexis, who checked us in and got us to our room for a much-needed toddler nap!

Location was perfect for a trip to Disney as its only a short walk to the entrance. There are so many food options around the property also. The room size was perfect for our family of 4 (we had a family room). The room was clean and the laundry was only $2 per load! Parking was free (included in the room fee), and plenty of spaces.

We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping at all during our stay. We were told at check in the it would occur every second day- which we were initially happy with- but then it never happened. We did seek out some fresh towels and coffee sachets, so that was ok. The cowlings are quite thin- so when our above neighbour returned from (maybe) Disney at 1am- we were woken with extremely loud footsteps and banging around.

It was very close to disneyland, and the staff was very kind. I loved that we had 2 rooms in the family room and my kids had plenty of space. Love that parking is free. The walk to disneyland is .5 miles, it was a pretty quick walk. The outside of the hotel is very well kept and looks great. They were also nice when we asked for a crib and extra towels. The staff always had a smile on their face and were always willing to help.

The first room we got was a little icky, but the second room was fine. We weren't there a lot just to also a few hours a night, the carpet in the room is kind of gross, but the beds were fine. I didn't like that we had to do a $50 pet night deposit for damage, I didn't let me kids touch a thing bc I thought they might break something. They didn't, but I took pictures of the things in the room I thought they might question us about just to be safe.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location is extraordinary, you can walk to Disneyland and lots of grocery stores are crossing the street or even in the same street. The room was clean and it had a great view, it was exactly like the pictures. The warm water in the bathroom always worked. The room temperature during winter was perfect. Never too hot. This place is perfect for families and even solo travelers. The place itself was very safe, so was the area around, you can safely walk at 10pm to the hotel after a day in Disneyland. 100% recommended.

This hotel has the perfect location for families walking to the nearby attractions: Theme Parks, restaurants, local shopping were ALL very accessible from here. VERY comfortable and CLEAN beds. The pool was very clean and maintained throughout the day. We enjoyed it often. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of walking. Free Parking is always GOOD. Entire staff was our family from day 1. We stayed 6 nights.

Details inside the room were not as kept up as much as other areas. Drywall patches, wallpaper patches need updating, but to be honest it didn't bother me. I wasn't disappointed. I'd rather be THAT CLOSE to the action in Anaheim, and not worry about the wallpaper. We were constantly leaving the room anyway.

We enjoy the size of the family suite especially when we travel with our children. This time we traveled with our friend and it was much cheaper than having to book separate rooms. The room divider worked really well and everyone was able to get good sleep. My husband snores and we were surprised that the divider still blocked out the majority of the noise.

The hallways smelled really bad, almost like a grease trap. We thankfully were able to park pretty close but previously we have had to park in the garage and it is pretty far away from the rooms.

everything was great! when I went to check in the girl at the front was so nice. when I went to go to my room it was very clean, spacious, there was a lot of good movies to watch on the tv (cable). the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, was pretty cool & clean! they also had vending machines with snacks and drinks there was a lot of great options. the location was great!!! 10 minute walk to Disneyland, 3 minute walk to cvs, Walgreens, 7/11, Starbucks, there’s a lot of stores and places to eat walking distance! (: I will definitely come back soon.
