Great location for a quick trip to Disney over a weekend stopover, the rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds & excellent cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighbourhood felt safe and central for everything we needed.

I did expect a bigger pool area, however, it didn't impinge on our enjoyment. Some of the food vendors like pizza/coffee spot seemed to close relatively early in the evenings, which was a bit tricky. And an early morning wake up call at 6am due to a protest across the street that went on for an hour was unexpected, particularly since we were getting on a long haul flight that night. We totally understand the reasons for the protest, and support the workers, but some warning would have been helpful as we had young children with us.

It was close to the convention center. I could take breaks in a cool room. The view was nice.

All taxes and fees should be made known when booking a room. It was $500 more than I was expecting after taxes and parking. I would have liked to be better prepared for how much I was going to spend

The property was nice and right outside the convention center; a decent walk to Disneyland. They are use to big crowds so I liked that it seemed roomy and they offered a bar/lounge area and on-site eateries. Also, a big shout out to the staff! the staff were all friendly whenever I had a question or concern and the gentlemen in valet was nice to offer to take in and drop off our room keys instead of us having to get back out of the car and run them into the lobby.

I thought the food on-site was slightly overpriced but at least quality was good. Also, unless you pay for valet, you have to make a good walk across the hotel to the self parking elevators which wasn’t fun, especially after a night in heels.

The main reason for our holiday was a visit to Disney. The hotel is in a very close location, only a 15 minute walk. The rooms are very comfortable with large beds and they were clean! There is a laundry on site (great after a few days of a road trip) and a good shop, pizzeria and Starbucks style coffee shop. There is a funny outside bar space and swimming pool open until late also.

Theer were two hidden charges - parking and internet. Make sure you become a member of Mariott Bonvoy before you visit so you can claim free internet! There were no trolleys for luggage sadly and the shuttle to Disney only worked if you had a US number. We recommend calling an uber, they are cheap and fast to arrive!

Bed was comfortable, towels were plentiful and the refrigerator was adequate . The room was ready when I checked in and I was given a complimentary late check to 12 noon which was perfect. The late night dining sevice was excellent by the servers and their recommendations of wine and and appetitizers was excellent while dining by the pool. Staff was friendly, personable and welcoming.

That breakfast stopped 11am and not served til noon.

We loved the view from our balcony and the modern look of everything in the hotel. Everybody was really accommodating and the whole lobby was really beautiful. We really liked the location as everything essential was a walk away.

Personally in the rooms, I don't like the sliding doors to the bathrooms as there is a little peephole for people to look at. And there's no microwave in the room but that's just minor details at this point.

Very comfortable bed. My only comment would be that the towels didn't have a fresh/clean smell. I great example that I always have is that Holiday Inn always has super clean towels and sheets. They smell like nobody else used them. Marriot is better than Holiday Inn, but for some reason, the towels and sheets don't feel 100% fresh.

I didn't like that parking wasn't free. It says that you park there at your own risk. If you already staying at the hotel, it would be nice to have free parking and enter with your hotel key, or pay for parking but have some guarantee that your car is going to be safe.

Great staff in coffee shop, room generally comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and good bathroom - nice counter space.

Difficult to get into the building and drop off valet cat every time I came back. Long wait even though I had already checked in car. Poor lighting in room (9041). Always felt dark even with all available lights on. You could use a corner step in shower and another or bigger shelf. No room to put hair products

Quick and easy check in. Room was large and very clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The Restaurant NFuse was incredible! They use foods grown and sourced from the community DELICIOUS 😋. Large pool and plenty of lounging. Bedroom view was California adventure! Would definitely come back!

Self parking was 30.00 should have been included in room stay.

The facility overall is very good. The food services were excellent.

The room lighting was poor. the desk lamp was modern, but had directed light to a small area of the desk. The remaining lighting was the wall lamps beside the bed. Overall the room was dark and poorly lig in the evening. During the day, the curtain could be opened to provide better light.
