Free breakfast and parking

I would definitely stay here again! Parking was good, the free breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and large and comfortable. We got extra towels and blankets delivered on the first night and we never had any issues at all.

The only minor complaints I have are that when people in the room above us would walk around it was fairly loud. Also one of our towels had a hair in it so we didn't use that one. And the breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 which mostly worked for our schedules but seemed like it ended pretty early--I would have expected it to end around 10 or 11.

Perfect location for Disney. You need to walk over to the hotel on the left hand side from the road. The Disney shuttle will pick you and up drop you off from there. Very cheap, $12 per day for the whole family to have a hop-on/off service. You can come back from Disney to have a break and a few hours in the pool and then go back in the evening all included in the $12. Hotel very helpful to explain this. Pool was great! Kids loved it!

Breakfast in the hotel is terrible. All plastic plates and cutlery and that's all binned after. I would only try the cereal, the rest looked inedible. Food was pretty gross. I wish the hotel just didn't bother with it as we wasted a nice morning trying it out. Plenty of food places around the hotel including a Dennys and there is a Paneera Bread just outside the entrance to Disney which does great cheap breakfasts and refill coffee, my advice - go here. I also didn't like the TV in the dining area as we are with our family trying to be exited for a day at Disney and the kids are glued to the TV.

Great location to Disneyland and the Toy Story Parking lot. You can walk to the Toy Story Lot which is like a 7 minute walk and you can take the bus to Disneyland you also go through security so you don’t have to do it later which also saves time. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was great especially Cruz at check in and when I had an issue with my credit card he even let me use his personal cell phone to call the 1-800 number to have my card fixed. Keep up the great job

It was a lovely hotel to stay in - good location, spacious room and all the facilities I needed. It was close to Disneyland itself, only about a 10 minute walk. And it was close to local public transport and also the LA public transport to get me from the airport to Anaheim and then back to downtown LA. I also liked that breakfast was included, it was fantastic to have a decent meal before heading to Disneyland for the day!

Nothing - everything was great.

The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space in the rooms for all 6 of us. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. There was a cute lil gift shop in the lobby that had Disney stuff at a fraction of the price. Distance wasn’t terrible from the parks, about a 15min walk depending on your group.

The pillows were very lumpy, good thing we brought our own. There wasn’t enough above ground parking for the rooms. We had to park underground which was shared with the hotel next door. When you take the elevator up, it takes you to the other hotel lobby & you have to walk back to your room.

I like that they include breakfast in the morning. We stayed here because it was close to Disneyland and we had a great time. The shuttle picks you up near by to take you to Disneyland. Very convenient location too, restaurants, shopping , has everything is near by on the same street. Walking distance to a lot of places. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable! The staff at the lobby are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Even though there were things that could be improved, the 1 bedroom suite was large and comfortable, and the location was great! It only took us about 8 minutes to walk to the convention center. The staff was very attentive, and the lobby was very clean. Breakfast was so-so, but it held us over til lunch (there's coffee available in the lobby 24/7 🤗.) I appreciated that parking was free and in a "gated" parking lot, and we were able to leave it there even after we checked out. I would definitely stay here again even though it was pricey for the type of room.

I didn't like that there still aren't housekeeping services, especially for a multiple day stay.. We dropped food crumbs and could've really used a vacuuming since day one. It would be nice to at least have access to a broom and dustpan if we're the ones who need to keep it clean. We also accumulated a lot of garbage and didn't know where to put it. There should be larger garbage cans in the rooms and better instructions as to where to leave full garbage bags. Ours was a 3 night stay, and we had to go ask for clean towels and more Toilet paper. It would also be nice to have luggage racks in each room and 1 more corner lamp in the bedroom; also more electrical outlets. There weren't enough outlets to plug in our essentials.

This hotel is great for families that don't fit in the typical 4-person room. Our room had two king beds and 2 bunkbeds, and was spacious enough for the whole family. Breakfast has good choices, and I felt like this was a great value for the money. We chose to walk to Disneyland, but you could catch the bus for a few dollars if you wanted. I loved their policy of allowing us to park until midnight on the day we checked out. We stayed most of that day at Disneyland and came back to get our car before driving a few hours to our next destination.

Perfect location, 20 min walk to Disneyland, free parking. Its a perfect short stay hotel. Excelent service from the staff.

They clean the room every two days. For us that was ok because we just used it to sleep as we were the whole day at the parks. The breakfast was not that good but still we were thankfull for it.
