we’re locals and that was my first time staying there . it was really nice we went on a good day I guess at check they had like a small candy stand and free face painting the shops around were nice . everyone was really friendly

the room was outdated a bit , the lamp was dusty the room was clean it’s just as someone who also does cleaning work you already know what to look for to know wether a room has been cleaned properly or not .

The property was nice and well kept. The manager Emily did an amazing solving a problem we had with booking. It was my son’s 7th birthday and she made sure he enjoyed his weekend. It was also Mother’s Day weekend and

The staff at the pool made a false claim on my party. Her name was Bianca or Blanca. She called security on our party with false claims that we had “Wine bottles” at the pool and we did NOT. It was so embarrassing to have two Hilton security guards questioning us in front of everyone (including my children) at the pool. Bianca completely profiled us.

it was close to the convention center for WonderCon so it was perfect. The suite was big and the seating area was nice. Staff was nice. Liked the big refillable soaps and shampoos that were located in the showers.

It was not easy to brighten up the room. Needs better electrical access at the bedside table area, maybe lamps with built in sockets or usb plug ins. For the price we paid ($500+ per night), the room should have had a microwave. Wish the TVs had streaming apps that we could log into or some way of mirroring our phone so we could watch better programming.

close to the convention center

a particularly rude lady that works in the restaurant area rude to guests and kids while trying to enjoy an evening after volleyball. bigger lady walks around being accusatory to the children and while parents are sitting with them in the half booth areas enjoying appetizers and sodas with an empty beer bottle in the middle of the table which was there because staff didn’t clean off table before they sat. addressing the children instead of the adults. another incident a different night calling a different group of people an adult a liar. as we sat and spent lots of money eating and drinking in the lounge areas. she is not cut out for that position not a people person.

The hotel is massive. The lobby bar was great. We had a room on the 14th floor with a great view of the city. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The mini fridge was a perk, and having a phone in the room was great. The beds were extremely comfortable, made for some great sleeps!

The size of the pool for such a large property. It was always crowded and noisy The pool bar was always closed, when we asked why they said they close early because of it being slow

After 10pm there was no where to get a drink or something to eat which after spending all day in the Disney parks was very frustrating! The valet was not sign posted which made it harder to find. Then when I asked for a taxi both the colleague in the booth and someone external called one. So when the taxi did arrive there was an argument as to whether he was supposed to be there or not!

I was there for work for a couple of days and the room met the expectations for a minimal stay. Nothing extra special about the room. It was clean and comfortable and close to the location for the conference I was attending.

I was located on the 5th floor and it was a long distance to walk to my room which I didn't like. It is an older hotel and the carpets in the hallway smelled musty like they hadn't been deep cleaned in a while.

The Hilton is a great place to stay for the convention center (you can take a nap or change costumes), and it's about 15-25 minute walk to Disneyland (bring comfy shoes and have your Fitbit). I like that they have a restaurant onsite and have room service until 11pm. They have concierge service, luggage storage, an onsite Starbucks and Enterprise car rental, a FedEx, gift shops and parking. I liked all the amenities if I needed to use it, and the comfy beds/rooms.

I didn't have cash when I got off the plane but I needed food. It was late night and you have to order room service via the website, but they didn't have an option to pay for the tip with your meal.

Super close to Disneyland which is exactly what we wanted/needed. Shuttle to go to the parks stops right outside which is convenient. Starbucks at the lobby. Staff at check in and guest services were really helpful and patient with queries. Also like the fact that there is a self service laundry on site which was great for when we got soaked because of the rain and needed to wash them.

It is quite old and you can see this when you walk in, hopefully it can be modernised or at least not be so dim all the time.

Location was great for the parks.

I feel the extra charge for parking should be included with the room stay. I get charging for parking but if I’m paying for 2 rooms and staying several days I think the parking should be comped. I also purchased a sandwich from room service for $21. Only to see the final bill was over $40 with all the extra fees. It wasn’t even delivered on a cart, it was in a paper bag like I door dashed it. Not professional for the amount of service fees added.
