Not only is this hotel very close to the theme, parks, but it's also great in price and value! The breakfast was always delicious and plenty of variety every morning. The staff was so friendly and attentive and constantly making sure that everything was going good during our stay. The whole property was nice and clean and the landscaping was tidy and well maintained. My specific suite, had an AMAZING view!

I'm not sure if being on the 5th floor has anything to do, but I did have trouble with leveling the water temperature when showing. It was always too hot. :)

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool, games room, basketball court and putting green were all great options for things to do during our downtime. Our group also really appreciated the welcome gathering on the Wednesday evening.

The only place we would like to see some improvement would be an increase of the healthier options for the breakfast buffet. There was always vanilla yogurt available but usually only one type of fruit cut to have in it and many of the mornings this had run out by the time we got to breakfast around 7:45 am.

The location! It's next to the toy story car park which gives you an option to take the free shuttle to Disneyland if you don't want to walk. The walk to Disneyland isn't bad - doable in 15mins. There's plenty of places to eat and buy basic necessities which is super useful if you're an overseas tourist. There is also a nearby rent a car (enterprise) with super friendly and helpful staff, just less than 5 mins walk. The rooms are decent size (we got the 2 queen room with pull out bed). There was a useable kitchen with full size fridge. There is a functional laundry which is very convenient if you need to wash and dry your clothes. They also have free breakfast included which is ok-ish. There is water, hot water, coffee, and tea facilities on tap 24x7.

The pull-out bed mattress was uncomfortable. The mattress was old and you can almost feel the springs poking you. Unfortunately they don't have a spare mattress to change them but they can give you a mattress topper which really doesn't help. I also wish they change up the breakfast items as it could feel too repetetive if you're staying for more than a couple of nights.

The kitchen was very convenient. We were there for 5 days. Breakfast was good. And the toys story shuttle is right next to the hotel. A bit of a walk to get to the shuttle area but we only used it at the end of our day at disneyland. We ended up walking to the park in the morning which was like 10 mins or less. We had the view of the park so we were able to see the fireworks.

The beds weren't that comfortable which made it hard to stay asleep. My shower had hair on the wall on day one. And you could hear all of the stomping from above. We lost/left Woody and Jesse toy hats in the room and house keeping didn't find it. I'm pretty sure that my 2 year old left them in one of the drawers.

This hotel has everything you need for a family trip. Rooms were basic but very clean and laid out well. Full fridge and functional kitchen if you need it and enough space for everyone not to be on top of each other. BBQ area, games room, pool were great for the kids. Perfect location close to Disneyland parks, restaurants and supermarkets all in walking distance.

Not soundproof, could hear people in the rooms above us walking around well past midnight which made for a horrible sleep. Buffet breakfast included but most dishes were not restocked and the food was cold. The positives well outweighed the negative though.

The suite was roomy, and I liked that the vanity/sink area was outside of the bathroom, it made it easier for everyone to get ready each day. The kitchen was convenient, and the free breakfast was very good. Staff was amazing- super friendly and helpful, and the young woman who helped us with our check-in was warm and welcoming. We will be returning to stay here again.

I literally cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about this property (and I’ve traveled for years to dance and cheer competitions, so I’ve stay at many hotels in the area).

Breakfast was amazing! loved that it wasnt the same every day. The room was perfect for our family of 5 especially with little ones they enjoyed the space. We loved the Fridge and complimentary goodies.

The WIFI never worked, But it wasn't that big of a deal as we only really went to the room in the evening. Wish parking was Free. The only other want would be free travel to Disneyland as the walk to the parking structure with three little ones was pretty difficult on them.

Cleanliness not satisfied. I have take pics since day one of the bathroom . Looks like blood on transition strip from carpet to floor tile, toilet seat blood stains from underneath. Made a report to front desk. I thought for any hotel disinfecting of the whole bathroom was critical after previous visitor leaving

front office staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, especially Eric, who kept us up to date of our room status and came out to the poolside personally to let us know that the room was ready for check in. he also remembered us all the days we were there and asked us how our vacation was going. super nice guy!! also loved the hot breakfast and the menu was different everyday of the 4 days we were there.

felt like we had to drive laps around the hotel at night for car parking as it was always full, but we got help at front desk to go ahead and park in the battery car parking
