Wonderful staff! Pool time in evening on a hot summer day was lovely! Met exceptional travelers of ALL ages, from North Dakota & Texas & all of us glad to be there. I am on a budget, so thankfully could afford a Sunday night, in advance on Booking.com

Would love hard boiled eggs, added to breakfast selections, so really nothing. Great staff & place to stay.

room was clean and staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and relaxing! The location is stellar and I highly recommend staying here for the experience and comfort.

I can't think of one thing I was unhappy with!

The staff in the office were very courteous. The bed was very nice but I had a hard time sleeping. It is hard to sleep in a strange bed. We lost power and I had to stay at a hotel because it was very cold in my home. I had stayed there before when it was the Hilton. I live about a mile from the hotel so it was convenient.

I thought the breakfast was a little skimpy. A granola bar. I told my boss and she laughed I laughed also. Although because of COVID I can understand why you wouldn't want to offer to much since the office is small and not enough space to put out a breakfast.

The desk staff was so polite. He really made checking in and out a pleasure. So positive

The curtains did not keep out the light. There was only sheer curtains. There was no light blocking curtains.

This location was amazing. Beautiful views, a mini castle next door, the ROSES! Staff was great. Surrounded by food and coffee. Bed was super comfy.

The room could have been cleaner and the window didn't lock and the latch on the door was broken.

DANIEL AT THE REGISTRATION DESK WAS AWESOME. HE SHARED ALOT OF TIPS, SHOWED ME AROUND THE PROPERTY, AND GAVE ME THE ROOM I PREFERED. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ASH ALSO WAS HELPFUL AND ACCOMIDATING. VERY COMFY BED....SLEPT GOOD.

BREAKFAST DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED----COVID PROTOCAL. A BAG WITH SOME ITEMS WAS PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. POOL WATER WAS TOO COLD TO SWIM IN.

Motel was older, but very clean & quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to both Santa Cruz and Henry Callow Redwood State Park. Price was really reasonable.

No on site restaurant, and very few eateries in vicinity.

Beautiful setting. Surrounded by huge redwoods. And there’s a crazy good coffee place about 500 meters down the road

Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. You felt they wanted you to have a good stay even if it was for one night.. The beds and pillows comfy and clean. The shower clean and rejuvenating!
